Checked in late in the evening, welcomed by very courteous staff. Room was extremely clean and I'm pleased the heating in the room defaulted to a lower, much more comfortable temperature for sleeping.||Great that we could had chill out with a glass of wine after a long day. The hotel was not busy or noisy and we had a really good night's sleep.||Not only that but it was very reasonable. Thank you

If you're wanting a hotel with a good view, don't bother with this one. It's right in the middle of an industrial estate with nothing near by. It's basic and in my opinion aimed at travelling workmen. If you're happy being away from civilization and a very basic hotel then this is great if not then rethink your hotel. We didn't mind being located where this hotel is or how basic it was as we were using it just as a base/somewhere to sleep for a few nights whilst visiting family in the nearby village of shirehampton. What really let this place down was the awful smell of sewage that came from the bathroom drains, the shower that overflowed and flooded the bathroom, the cleaners who didn't take dirty towels or cups and didn't replace them or leave us toilet roll, or make the bed, we then had to chase all these things up. For what we paid for our 3 night stay it should have been better. However we did speak to the manager and this is being dealt with which we appreciate.

Welcoming, friendly and kind staff. |Tasty food in the restaurant/cafe in reception. |Comfortable bed. Quiet and well lit rooms. Clean, safe and secure rooms. You need key card access to the stairs/lifts. |It is a basic place, but it does what it does very well indeed.

Does what it says on the tin. Great for a cheap nights sleep. Staff lovely especially kirsty who was on the desk at night.
Location is a bit out the way and desolate but we didn't come for views we came to sleep and did so comfortably.

The staff here at the Avonmouth Travelodge are very helpful, they even printed some information for me for my work which was above and beyond the usual. The food is good, especially the breakfast as you can eat as much as you like. The room was spacious and the lady on reception helped me re-tune my TV as it wasnt working properly. All in all a good stay as always with Travelodge and very helpful staff.

Thank you to the team at Bristol avonmouth for helping me jump start my car 11am in the morning while they were having breakfast after the battery died. Due to the location of the hotel I would’ve been stuck for a while as I travelled from London , and the team all supported me in pushing my car out of the bay and helping me figure out which positive and negative parts of the battery needed connecting to the leads.
The rooms are spacious however cleaners need to take extra care and clean EVERYTHING. There were dirty towels and used cups in my room.
The location is very off road and hidden (something I’m not used to in London) but this means a good nights peaceful sleep.
Service at reception was lovely. All through the night there is someone there and they are all polite.
I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The Staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The lovely Ethan helped me when I had an accident on my scooter. He was really attentive and did everything he could to to assist me.

All the ladies at the hotel greet you with the warmest smile and the food is really nice too. We will miss the garlic flatbread when we leave (highly recommended)!

We arrived very late and very weary after a delayed flight. Receptionist was welcoming even at 12.30 at night. Lovely quiet room, very clean, very comfortable bed. Morning staff members equally welcoming and fab breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
