Van not quite ready on time, but the staff did their best coping with this issue. The only stress was declining the optional extras but, with hindsight, that was the right thing as we had no issues. The transit van drove very nicely and mirrors and parking sensors kept me away from any dents etc. I would use them again if I needed to move a bed or similar.

Rented a van for moving house. Great communication throughout everything was explained well. The van was really nice and came with Android Auto which was great for using Waze and streaming music etc.

The only thing that kept this being a 5 star is the Van came with 0 range and the fuel light on. So the first thing was an emergency dash for diesel.

Some of the staff are dishonest and nasty people. I booked in advance, arrived to collect, when providing flight info I asked what happens if I change the flight. After which Anna Lee, a manager, told me they won't rent the vehicle to me because I asked the question of changing the flight. Then whilst waiting outside in the cold for 3 hours, Anna Lee comes to the door, see's me outside, smirks, turns around laughing. They didn't even bother try and find an alternative. Truly, what a horrid experience and what a nasty person she is.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Gemma at Enterprise Chichester. She was so helpful. Explained everything I needed to know in a very competent way, always with a smile. When I arrived back to drop off car she went that step further by driving me to my home address, helping me with my bags, making sure I was comfortable and safe. I am disabled.
