Great experience at city doc- ashford, I needed an urgent vaccination appointment and struggled to find one until I found city doc and managed to get a same day appointment! Dawn the receptionist was great as I had phoned a couple times to confirm things, she was very helpful over the phone and exactly the same when I arrived. The nurse Teresa was equally as good, very knowledgeable, friendly and offered great advice. The building is clean, professional and welcoming and prices are as you would expect for a vaccine. I highly recommend city doc! Thanks Daniel

Receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. Booking straightforward and fees upfront, so no surprises. Clinician equally courteous and knowledgeable and advice was spot on. Injections administered at same interview, so no need to book another appointment. Record of vaccines and receipt received by the time we arrived home.

I had a terrible experience with my initial call to the Ashford office. The lady who answered was uninterested, unhelpful and insisted her name was “Receptionist” which is an amazing stoke of luck when you think about her chosen career. I had to persevere with CityDoc because there aren’t any alternatives near by. If I could have found anyone else I would have used them rather than this lot. On the call and in person the interactions with the receptionist were weird. The petulance was bizarre and presumably isolated but it was so bad I just have to leave a review.

Tracey who administered the jabs and gave the advice however is a complete superstar and a credit to the practice. I have great admiration for her given that I’ve seen how much making up she had to do for her colleague!

Staff were lovely, kind and helpful but the lack of decent WiFi, onsite payment (rather than over the phone), and parking were all disappointments. 2 caused me embarrassment and it was only by luck I had the wherewithal to pay in the way required.

Tried and failed to book an appointment here for a consultation, but the experience was so bad I ended up organising my meds through an online pharmacy. If the staff are going to respond to emails with a robotic reply, they'd be better off paying for a decent developer to automate the systems.

I booked a slot which was available online and subsequently received a message saying it wasn't available after all (three weeks after the initial booking was made). When I replied to that email I received an automated response inviting me to book again online (which I'd already done). When I replied to point out the error I got another seemingly auttomated message with some completely unrelated sales nonsense.

I can only try so hard to do business with a business.

Very happy with the service I received today from Miriam Franca. I had my Hep B booster for work, the process was easy, friendly and professional. Everything was tailored to my needs and explained in full. I will be returning and recommending other healthcare professionals. The Clinic location is good, has free parking and the reception team are kind and very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
