I can honestly say Helen's Taxis are the best company I have ever used on so many levels.
The ease of actually making a booking, the confirmation email giving so much detail.
A very reasonably priced quote. Cars which were spotlesly clean and very comfortable to ride in.
I had to be in Southampton for spinal surgery.
It's about hour's journey from home. I was anxious and in pain and Martin my driver was very sympathetic to my needs. It was a very steady comfortable journey. He helped me into the hospital reception with my bag, nothing was to much trouble.
I felt very cared for and looked after.
My return journey five days later I had the pleasure of meeting Mario who was equally as attentive as Martin. Both of them are excellent, careful, considerent drivers and really look after there passenger.
As and when I need a taxi again I would definitely look no further than booking with Helen's Taxis and hopefully Martin or Mario would be available.
I highly recommend Helen's Taxis.

How wonderful to find a service that does what it promises! Mario (car 28) was punctual, his car was spotless and comfortable. He was charming and most reassuring when we hit heavy traffic. He assured me we would be on time and we were. I will be very happy of He is my pick up driver on my return journey. I have used Helens Cars several times and always recommend them.

Reasonable prices next to the train station, does cheaper airport runs than most, always use them for the service. Quick service, friendly staff many options if you need extra, (accessibility etc) and perfect for the South East coast and beyond, they do airports so you know there not always in the same county so really good. Used many times going way back to 2016.

My family and I have been using Helen’s taxi for many years, however the last time I’ve requested their service it has been a very unsatisfactory experience.I booked with them to take me back home after a long journey and I had to wait 30+ minutes at Heathrow, while their excuse for the delay is because I didn’t add “no check in luggage” in the notes section.
I didn’t know this would be necessary since I had already mentioned on a previous drop down that I wouldn’t be having any check in luggage. Very disappointed to say the least

Very easy to book a taxi to LHR & arrange for one to meet us on our return (despite early arrival time). Quick response to initial email & subsequent booking. Were recommended by others in the first place.

Have yet to travel with them as our holiday is not for a few weeks.
