This is a good place if you are interested in boats and yachts.
I came here with a friend for a lunch bike ride. Lots of place to park your car but paid parking.
There is a restaurant here, Good food and good ambience, but i found the meals to be a bit on the pricey side.
Overall a good place to spend your day.

Such stunning beauty. Great for a stop off if cycling. You can walk across the bridge when it opens every 20 mins into pure nature

This is a great walk. If you start from the public car park, go right where the barriers are, and you'll come across the boats moored to the left and birdwatching huts to the right. Follow the pedestrian route and you'll cross over the lock to your left or to the right you can continue the walk through the trees and fields to Chi. This evening we had the most stunning sunset the pics don't do it justice 💕.

A nice place to visit and 2 hours free parking, beware of the aggressive and raised speed humps if you have a low front splitter. Nice Harbour walk but take you wellies or walking boots. Coffee takeaway good. A pleasant afternoon and not too busy.

Picturesque place to visit. You can wander around the whole perimeter of the harbour and gaze at the boats in their berths. There is also a great cafe/restaurant/bar there for food and drinks which has "location location location" overlooking the harbour - oh and the staff are brilliant. Another tip - go for sunset!

We go here regularly and pay for a berth for our little boat, we're the smallest there! Excellent place all round, the facilities are good, location is wonderful. All the staff are top class, beautifully well mannered and very skilled. If I had a wish list, it would be someone could open a little provisions shop here! Otherwise, it's a gem.

Fantastic mariner. Clean neat and has everything you need. Super comfy bathrooms, TV, heated, laundry. Great restaurants, services for boats, engineers. Close to a lovely town and great rates for over nighting. Boat training, skipper licence..
