The buses seem to turn up when they feel like it. Random times, more often late than on time. We rely on the 334 and sometimes the bus fails to even show up. No one seems to care, the drivers just stare blankly when you mention it. The stress of using this service is horrendous. People have to be on time for school or work. My daughter has been made late a number of times for school this year and this has resulted in her attendance score being less than 100%, despite the fact that she has been at school every day. It’s so unfair for her, we’re on time for our bus every morning and are consistently being let down. It’s such a joke of a service and more needs to be done to improve it, I wish Stagecoach could take over and bring the Loop to Sheerness and scrap the dreadful service Chalkwell barely provide.

It's a coin flip whether the bus will even turn up, let alone be on time. The service is a joke—it's amazing they're not in administration. If they can't handle simple timetabling logistics, how can they run a business? Maybe the directors should stop borrowing from the company to avoid taxes and focus on ensuring buses actually show up.

The coach was clean and tidy. The driver arrived on time and was pleasant to have with us on the day. He was polite and was excellent throughout

I sat in my car this afternoon watching in disbelief while traffic had to be stopped in both directions because a Chalkwell Coach driver parked on the wrong side of the road in Central Ave at the side of Swallows leisure centre then loaded young children onto the bus from the middle of the road, the teachers shielded the children while they queued across the other half of the road to get on the coach! (UNBELIEVABLE!!)
Why did the coach driver not park on his own side of the road which was the same side the children were on too and let the children onto the coach while queuing from the pavement which is a no-brainer and why did none of the teachers ask the driver to do this rather than endangering the children and teachers by queuing up on the road.

Horrendous time keeping on 360 today. Going into town from water tower 25 minutes late. From Tesco back 50 minutes late, driver blamed wrong timetable on lamppost but matches online . Attitude was awful, not sure what school of customer service she attended but think she needs to repeat a year

334 2.58 from sheerness Aldi 0107.2024. Disgusted that the bus drive drove past people. Was getting stressed out on traffic. Told a young girl she couldn’t get on the bus as he was not at a bus stop. But she was only 5ft away.
He has previously driven past me at a bus stop !!!
All the other chalk well drivers are lovely. So polite and helpful and drive so well. Just a shame one driver can paint such a bad name for a company

As much as I will have love to share a review. I have never been opportuned to use the bus services from Gillingham park cos they never come and I always end up running late at work. Pls endeavor to work with the map and whenever buses will not be available to pick us, please signify so that we don’t keep waiting endlessly at the bus park. Never seen them at Gillingham park in the last one month I came into the UK.

Travelled on the 326 on Wednesday 06/12. Keith the bus driver was very attentive and accommodative despite the route being extremely busy due to train strikes. To top this to when we got to end this journey, the same bus was serving my next route 347. My appreciation to Chalkwell and driver Keith for this journey, I got home in a timely uneventful manner.
