So. Much. FUN!

We were a reasonably large group, booking was straightforward, email comms were responsive, reasonably priced, good kit.

We were a little confused on the parking/signage on arrival but figured it out easily enough, once we got down to the office, they ran us through a little safety briefing, got us kitted up and out on the river. Fortunately their was noone booked after us so they were pretty relaxed about our start/finish time - staff were really pleasant and helpful!

The river is gorgeous (in July anyway), our photos and video really don't do it justice. Skill levels in our group varied from very competent to complete beginner, so we just splashed around a bit past the bridge/castle before heading back. Started of pretty bunched up but quickly spread out so people had plenty of space.

Kids and adults had an amazing time, highly recommend it, and can't wait to go again!

Fun few hours down at Elic life, after a busy 3/4 weeks with the team during half term, HAF, summer camp and still training hard, we decided to treat them all to a fun little team building morning over with the Epic Life team at Bodium.

Even in the stunning summer wether and 40mph winds 💨 we’re having fun right now.

Spent 3 hours on the river today. Absolutely beautiful! Well worth the money, which is a good deal! Great staff, friendly, helpful. Easy to find. Nice cafe an shop they do food an much more! Not far from Bodiam castle or pub. Beautiful walks along the river. Definitely worth a visit for a day out, wether it's for a nice walk or water sports, or picnic. Highly recommend.

I had the best time doing the two hour kayaking tour in the river. Our instructor Julie was super friendly and informative. I learned some new techniques and had a relaxing and fun river trip. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to my next visit

What a wonderful activity! We were completely new to Stand Up Paddle boarding but Joe who was our coach for 1 hr, took us through everything step by step and explained clearly. It was not long before we were on the water and paddling. We felt totally safe and had a lot of fun. The scenery there is absolutely stunning, with fruit farms and vineyards all around. Amazing venue and an amazing team! Will go again. Thanks Joe! 😀

Myself & my partner had the paddle board taster session with Suze whilst staying with The Original Hut Co next door. I loved it despite spending the majority of the time IN the water rather than on it! There were areas on the river you could stand up in & I always felt safe.
Never did manage to stand on the board but had a brilliant time and would definitely give it a another go. Suze was a great tutor; professional yet easy going & I never felt under any pressure to do more than what I was happy with.

Epic Life were so fantastic when hosting my daughter’s birthday party. Very clear communication beforehand and very warm and welcoming on the day. The paddle boarding was lots of fun (and for those of us not taking part, it was lovely just to sit next to the river). Would definitely recommend.

So much fun! A group of 50 of us had a camping weekend at the Original Huts, and on the Saturday morning we hired kayaks and paddle boards through Epic Life on the river there. Julie made the booking process incredibly easy for us - each family in the group could book and pay individually in advance under the group reservation. We had a mixture of kayaks, SUPs and canoes, with life jackets provided - everything very good quality. The river is great and very safe for families - upstream is secluded, surrounded by nature and dragonflies, downstream it opens up as you get towards the bridge and castle. It was a really fun morning, such a good thing to do on a group camping weekend like this - highly recommended.
