I live in Westmarsh, it's only 10 mins from Sandwich. Over the years I've tried many times to get a taxi from Sandwich to home, or from home to Sandwich, and the answer is always no. They just will not drive the country lanes. They have the monopoly in this area, so with my car broken down, I'm having to pay for taxis from Deal to go and care for my elderly dad which I can ill afford, so thanks for nothing yet again Sandwich Cars.

Absolutely amazing and excellent service. As an out town-er I called a few taxi firms with no luck. I pre booked several journeys to be collected from the train station several times in the same week. The drivers were always on time and friendly. On one occasion when my train got split and I ended up at a different station my driver came to get me and managed to get me to arrive on time. On another occasion when train journey was delayed again the office rearranged without hesitation accommodating the new collection time.

I booked the Taxi the night before for 8:30am. They arrived 10 minuets early and I had a great conversation with the driver! Top quality service from the phone handlers to the driver. Very friendly and reliable. I shall be using Sandwich Cars again!

A horrific experience. For the first time in well over a year my wife and I decided to get a babysitter in so that we could have a well deserved night to ourselves in Canterbury. The driver was prompt but drove like a madman and shouldn't be on the road. A journey from canterbury to Thanet should always take 25 mins at least. On this occasion it took him 14 minutes. I am amazed we all came out alive. Doing 70 in a 50 is completely irresponsible and dangerous. Wish we had used a Thanet company now. Never again.

I really would not recommend this company. I literally feared for my life. I'm sure they have many of drivers and we were unfortunate (!?) but genuinely felt like we were on a rollercoaster, white knuckle ride. Not pleasant! 70mph in a 50mph felt very wrong and not to mention the lack of slowing down at roundabouts. Totally terrifying.
