Brilliant customer service, phone handlers polite, friendly and helpful, drivers great too. Booked a few taxis back and forth into Lincoln from just outside of town over the weekend and all turned up on time, very reliable and text service was great too , kept us up to date with booking , car enroute and arrival. Would definitely recommend. Well Done all at A2B👍

Horrible lady picking up the phone, attitude like I've never heard before. Booked a cab for 16:15 , never arrived. Called at 16:25 to be told the cab is 36min out and if I don't like it I can go find a different company. I didn't want to cancel the journey I was going to wait even though I would be very late for my 5pm meeting but no, she cancelled the journey. I've also had an incident before this one where I also booked a cab for same time, I called 15min after it never arrived and the woman said she booked it for TOMORROW. I asked why she's done that just to hear well, I don't know. It can come in an hour. This is why people chose to use uber.

Edit to the reply: so why did you cancel the cab? It was booked 2h before, you know there is traffic every single day and the roadworks have been happening for days now! Don't use the most basic excuse on the plant, your operator has a disgusting attitude, if I remembered the date I booked for before I'd mention it too. I booked asked for a cab for something after 4pm and she booked it for the next day when I never even asked for next day booking?! Incompetence at it's finest.

First class service my husband booked the taxi to take us from Lincoln station to my parents and back the same day both cars arrived on time, the drivers were very polite and the cars clean. The ladies who took our calls were very polite and helpful and shared our concerns about train times and suggested alternative back up plans finally the cost was very good, we will book again without doubt. First rate service.

We used the service for our travel in and out of Lincoln for a hen do - lovely clean minibus, great service from the person taking the booking to our lovely driver Vladimir (sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling!) who went out his way to give us tips about Lincoln, where to go and made sure we got home safely. Would 100% use again if in the area, thank you!

This is without a doubt the best taxi company in Lincoln! The phone staff are friendly and very helpful. Every driver I’ve met has been extremely professional, with great driving skills and lovely personalities.
