Customer service has definitely taken a massive nose dive! Been in twice recently looking to buy x2 separate holidays & on both occasions I wasn’t met with a smile, no warm welcome or anything, just a simple look to call me over & then a stare as if to say “What you want!?” Then when I asked if I can have some info please on a certain holiday, the reply was “Do you know exactly what you want because im busy at the moment so maybe have a look online & come back in once you know exactly what you want!” Like i’m an inconvenience & it’s not their jobs to look at holidays!! It’s a shame because Ive always used this place but in future, not sure I’ll bother. As someone who also works in retail, maybe look at the customer service skill levels - or even a career change if you can’t be bothered anymore.

After booking a honeymoon through them pre covid, to take place this year, we have had nothing but issues! No one seems to know what our options are and they don’t answer direct questions. I would seriously advise against booking anything with them.
