Jayne has now organised two river cruises for us this year. (1) with Avalon down the Danube and (2) with TUI down the Moselle.

Amazing service and amazing experiences. Jayne provides a unique personal service and takes the stress away from organising such trips!

Her communication skills are excellent and if things go wrong (like flights delayed or cancelled) she's on it right away keeping you updated and looking for solutions.

Let Jayne take the strain.

When our daughter suggested we might find a travel consultant helpful, my wife and I were rather sceptical. What could such a person do that an ordinary travel agent could not. We soon found out and now we would not use anyone else.

We have used her services on three occasions, twice to find a holiday cottage in Wales and once for a trip to Nice. The service was tailormade. Jayne was very assiduous in finding out what we wanted, did the hunting and booking for us, and found two holiday lets which exceeded our specification and our expectations. You don’t have to worry that you may have been conned into booking a holiday let that does not exist, or does not reach the description given to it by its proprietor. On the third occasion she booked our trip to Southern France, arranged assistance at the airports as we are both disabled and when one of us broke a hip in Nice Jayne sorted out all the arrangements to get us back to the UK without us having to do anything but inform her what had happened. In short Jayne is with you all the way.

What you get is exactly what it says on the tin - a bespoke tailormade experience to your requirements, a choice of suitable venues etc and none of the hassle one normally has. If anything does go wrong as it did with us in France this year she is there to support you and take the fuss and the anxiety out of it. She will even arrange local tours to suit your needs.

Best of all it will not cost you a penny more than you would have paid if you had sorted the whole thing out yourself.

We were wrong to be sceptical. What we got was a five-star service. We are clients of Jayne from now on.

I cannot recommend Jayne highly enough! We have decided to go to Cyprus for our summer holiday and she was very patient with us, accommodating and professional. She has found us the best deal there was possible, even though we have had a lot of criteria's to take into consideration. 🙂 Unfortunately due to current pandemic, this dream holiday had to be cancelled. Yet again Jayne, was beyond helpful in cancelling our holiday and receiving a refund in a very shot time. I will highly recommend Travel Counsellors above standard travel company. They treat you better!
