We took part in the falconry experience at Hever castle and it was excellent. We learned so much from the instructor and had lots of time to see the hawks and owl fly, and have them on our arms. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the experience very much.

I had the pleasure of visiting the owl experience today, and I couldn’t be happier! Getting to meet so many of these majestic creatures up close and even feeding them was a dream come true. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question and making the experience both educational and enjoyable. Kudos to the rest of the staff as well—you can really see their passion for what they do! While I always feel a bit sad seeing animals in captivity, it’s clear that these owls are well cared for, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend it!

A lovely little zoo hidden, rather strangely, behind a garden centre, with mostly birds of prey, but also meerkats, wallabies and alpaca to name a few. The staff were very enthusiastic, and showed good concern for the birds' welfare and conservation. A highlight of the visit was the flying display, giving a chance to get up close to the birds.

Great afternoon with the Birds of Prey experience. The children loved it when the hawks and owls flew to them and landed on their gloved arm. Also watched the show and then had a walk around to view the other birds and animals on display. On site cafe, clean toilets and plenty of parking. Fantastic experience for the children, we will be going back again.

Went to Willows for a Bird of Prey experience, and it was amazing. I would highly recommend if you want to do something like this, then to come here. All the staff were so friendly and had so much information to give about the animals and birds. We got to meet and fly 4 birds, and the experience was amazing. We got to learn about them, hold them, and got some great photos. Thank you to Tom for doing our experience for us - we enjoyed every moment 😊 Will definitely be back 🦅

Had a fantastic day out with the family at Willows Bird of Prey Centre.
Not an easy place to find there's no signs to guide you to your destination but we found it in the end it's actually at the back of Cooling Garden Centre and it's part of that establishment.
When we arrived we met a really lovely women called Nicky at the entrance to the centre who guided us from then on and was extremely helpful.
I highly recommend this place. You'll have a fantastic full day out with displays going on throughout the day. It is excellent value for your money and very educational for you and your children and a day you will not forget.

I had an owl experience with Chloe and it was excellent. Chloe was extremely knowledgeable and introduced us to 4 owls that we were able to hold and watch fly. My husband then did the bird of prey experience with Tom, who was extremely informative and introduced us to all different birds of prey. Both Chloe and Tom are extremely passionate and love the birds in their care. Would highly recommend willows if you are considering one of their experiences.

We visited on Saturday 10th August as a family of two children, and four adults - ranging in age from 5 to 66! We all really enjoyed ourselves - the talks were amazing, truly fascinating and had all of us captured. The staff were amazing - Megan in particular was really kind, and incredibly knowledgable. We loved searching for each next area and the children had the best time just running round exploring! Really recommend going for some good - down to earth, quality time in a lovely setting.
