Would give no stars were it possible. Hired vehicle for the weekend, discovered it had an oil leak. Bought oil and filled it up- light on again and AA attended, confirmed car was in their opinion not in good shape and oil leak was major. Transported on low loader 96 miles back to Sevenoaks branch-took an entire 7 hours of our day (with kids) Upon very reasonable request for the hire cost for that day and the following one back, the cost of the oil I bought and put in and some basic food costs whilst we awaited the lorry (less than £100 total) - I have over a week later received an email rejection because apparently there was nothing wrong with the car(!), and an accusation of our having previously damaged one of their vehicles and not paid for the damage (untrue- and if it were true, why would we then be able to hire another vehicle?) Poor car, poor service, even poorer response from a 'Branch Manager'. Other reviews reflect similar accusations and poor customer service, but to actually lie and say there was nothing wrong with the vehicle?! Ridiculous.

We were very impressed with the team at Enterprise. Highly professional, nothing was too much trouble. Went out of their way to help us connect our wifi so we could use Google maps even though we had a foreign SIM. Very kind people. Great service. We loved the car they supplied.
100% would recommend.

I have not previously had any issue with the pick up service from Enterprise Sevenoaks but I am so unhappy following my last rental that I would be reluctant to use them again. Firstly, they have introduced a separate team of pick up drivers. This might have been OK but the pick up driver failed to arrive, so following my call to the office I was picked up by office staff more than an hour late. Clearly the staff assumed that at the end of the rental I would magically be able to get home on my own. So at the end of the rental I was told that I hadn't booked a return car, they were closing and it was my problem. So much for the company that picks you up.

Book and paid for a van. Got to branch and they couldn’t give me the van because someone else had “extended”. Now I have no vehicle next week. Absolutely ridiculous that they hire out vehicles that are in someone else’s possession. If a business is to hire out a vehicle and charge someone for it, they need it in their possession. I would have thought was obvious, it’s pretty basic.

I will be telling everyone to avoid this embarrassment of a company.

Everything about our experience here was brilliant.All the team,especially Cuba,were extremely polite,efficient and made the whole process from pick up to drop off incredibly easy.
Will definitely be hiring a car from here again.

My partner and I had such a great experience here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the manager Katie even offered us a lift home when we dropped the hire car off as it was pouring heavily with rain and we couldn’t find a cab. 10/10 service and great hire car quality - Thank you!! 🙂
