After recently travelling with my child to disney paris for my child to perform in let it sing at diseny. I was deeply disappointed with the standard of the room.
They place you in either the Santa fe or the chennynne. Both hotels are very basic. I assumed they would have the basics to get by. My room had mold on the ceiling, dirty floors and a tile that fell off when trying to get into the bath that had a lack of water for showering. As we got back to the hotel at 2230 my daughter was exhausted I waited till the more to raise the issues with the hotel once she was off to practice singing. The hotel informed me that they couldn't change my room as the hotel was at full capacity, so I can enjoy my day at the park and they will sort it. After returning late at night again the room was still moldy, dirty and lacking water to shower and unfixed tiles. My daughter who had performed in 2 showes and been out since 7am was exhausted. So I left it and complained again at reception the next morning as we were checking out.
They apologised but couldn't really do anything as we were checking out.
To add insult to this experience, upon returning I raise the issues with the travel company who really do not care.
They even accuse me of not taking an offer for a different room. If they bothered to read my email correctly they would have realised this was a lie, as like I said I complained on the 15th and was instantly told there were no rooms avaliable.
However, overall service very disappointing.

Be very careful when sending your kids away with this agency. They are super efficient in making sure you pay (a lot) for the trips but unfortunately don’t have the same attitude towards the trip planning and customer service.
My child participated in a trip organized by this agency and was robbed in the hotel, 10 children in total had cash and items stolen from their luggage, inside the rooms!
It’s been almost ONE year now and nobody cares. I’ve been informed to “wait” when I called them almost 11 months ago and now they’re saying I should contact the insurance company on my own.
Frustrating.
