late review however horrible hajj experience 2018. unorganised cheap accommodations with cheap poor quality food. rooms were double booked, standing around for hours with no information. well hajj operators have their days numbered as saudi will be taking full control off hajj packages and operations.

Excellent Service! We chose Travelway for our Hajj and Umrah and it was the best decision we have made. The manager Sheik Mohammed Osman was very accommodating, respectful, thoughtful and organised everything very well! All the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful especially Sheik Mohammed Amiin who went out of his way to help us and Sheik Mohammed Ali who was also helpful. Overall, our experience with Travelway was phenomenal and I would 100% recommend to everyone to choose Travelway!

I have done Hajj 2015 with these guys and I have to say they ticked all the right boxes for me.
First they keep you updated once you book a package with them.
They organized a Hajj seminar two weeks before departure where Muslim scholars (Ulama) gave us lectures about Hajj and how to perform it.
These Ulama travelled with us right to the end and were available at anytime to answer any Hajj related and non Hajj related questions. This was very important as everyone wants to perform Hajj deeds correctly with the help and guidance of a respected Sheikh.

Although Hajj is not like any other holiday but people still expect first class services and facilities. Travelway were good at this and staff were available throughout. Accommodation before Hajj and after Hajj was 5* and 4* and room allocation depends on your package except in Minah where the standard is air conditioned tents.

The only negative thing I have seen was the long wait for the coaches at the airport and transfers between holy sites which was beyond the control of these guys, and loading a large group of people onto coaches was hectic at times as it is difficult to get people to queue up once they get tired.

All in all it has been a good experience, if you are thinking about doing Hajj go for it, don't delay it and Travelway ltd will make it easy for you Insha Allah.
