Super impressed with the service. I can't say which country I apply for but when the visa centre asked me to attend the embassy instead (which is not normal). DJB arranged a staff to escort me to the embassy and stay there until the application completed. The staff even offered to walk to the Post office to get the payment for me while I sorted out the new form. They even will pick up the visa and arrange posting back to me when ready. Was updated all the time on the progress. I was skeptical to send my passport but it is fine as long as you post by Special Delivery

I always use DJB for business visas. They know how to make the process easy and seamless as possible, and I never have to stress about the visa coming back in time. Yes, there is a handling fee but the cost of doing it wrong is so much higher and the visa always comes through. Thanks a million for the amazing service you , especially Erin and Lee for your help re my Saudi visa. The benefit of being able to call and speak to the team is invaluable.

We were very impressed with DJB from the start - the phone was answered straight away and we were immediately put through to someone who knew about visas for Japan (no waiting for the next available operator!) Carl told us exactly what we needed to send and an email arrived immediately with the information and the forms to fill in. Security was thorough and we duly received our visas.
