Lindsay has been absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in until the moment we booked our cruise. Loads of communication with both my partner and myself and super friendly. Would highly recommend going to see her!! It’s also dog welcoming which is handy.

we recently when to Hays to discuss city breaks as we have never try one before,Tje help we got from Lyndsey was above and beyond so helpful very friendly and we had a good laugh too,she found holidays for us and didn't mind searching again and again when flights didn't suit us.We have found the staff at Hays Travel are very helpful and down too earth.

Went in to try to look at options for booking a holiday later in the year. I thought that based on these other reviews they could help me find the best deal. Unfortunately the person I spoke to was disinterested and quite unhelpful, bordering on rude. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Didn't book travel services with them, but the Bank across the way recommended them for currency exchange. Tina was so nice and helpful. She even looked for a better exchange rate to give us.

Visited here today querying a holiday for 2024 to Orlando after being advised online that prices will be available for the dates we are wanting. Place was empty and we were told to sit near the window (clearly interrupted her dinner) while they shouted across the store that there’s only a few flights available at the minute. I asked if we could get a price for those and they basically ushered us out the door saying there’s no point! Won’t be going back here, went next door to TUI had a lovely experience there. Shame on the old travel agent who treated us like this, always thought Hays were great! Never again.

Went to Flash hotel Benidorm on 4th -11th June with Hays travel Lord st , went into make a comment about the Hotel being an absolute dump,Despite me booking a Easy jet package holiday the lady on the desk told me to go to Speke and complain there.Explaining I booked through Hays and they was my booking, she had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t listening to her and should take my custom elsewhere. Room and sheets never got cleaned once , had to use a hot towel to clean floor myself, Main lift not working all holiday, which was difficult for most of the older people staying there ,lots of complaints by people staying there but not much help off reception, sorry wouldn’t use them again
