Great experience, really exceeded our expectations.
When we booked we were expecting a “you get what you pay for” situation.
We were thrilled when we arrived to a friendly guy on reception, making conversation, thorough with telling us where to find our room etc..
opened our room to find it very clean. (Bear in mind I’m a holiday home cleaner business owner) so I can be very picky and look in detail.
Room really shocked me. Very happy. Small, extremely quiet & very clean.
Only thing that could’ve made our stay better was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. But with the services being next door there was plenty of options to grab a coffee.

Room freezing cold on arrival and took several hours to achieve a comfortable temperature. Although there is a drinks station by Reception to make hot drinks, it would have been preferable to have a vending machine for hot & cold drinks and snacks. Services next door but so convenient very late at night, in middle of night or first thing in the morning. Reception staff not super friendly.

Few things in life are certain but a warm welcome and a comfortable, clean warm room here are. Another year of TV work means another year of stays in Beaconsfield and staying here; I'm as happy as a bug in a rug! Recommended

A very basic hotel in the Beaconsfield motorway service station. Room was clean, small and as basic as you can get. It had alcohol but could not sell as not licensed! In normal hours pre 11pm the service stop has fast food outlets, a M&S and a Weatherspoon's so food and drink is easy. Out of hours option fall quickly.||Register your car as there are fees for leaving your car at the stop for more than 3 hours and the camera's will get you.

Pretty awful experience. If this room had been charged at the weekend rate of £40, it might have been passable, but £80+ on a weekday was simply unacceptable. The room is beyond basic for this price - insufficient towels, lack of privacy in the shower, no kettle to make a drink, paper cups... And it's not even matched by outstanding service - when we had problems using the key card, the 'gentleman' on duty was incredibly rude, muttering that 'it isn't rocket science' and doing plenty of sighing and eye rolling.||We were staying because my daughter had an important appointment at Great Ormond Street Hospital the next day and we didn't want to leave the trains from home to chance... Needless to say, at her repeat appointment in March, we will not be staying here.

The hotel is well located. I stayed in an accessable room. The mattress was very firm and only 1 pillow each. The bathroom was a wet room with 1 small towel and 1 bath towel. All in one shampoo and shower gel included. No hairdryer. No drawers. A few hangers with hanging space provided. There is a desk with 2 plug sockets. Small TV in room which is fine. No tea or coffee making facilities, no kettle. Overall, I wouldn't choose the accessable room again. The room and bathroom were fine with plenty of space. Conveniently next to a weatherspoons pub for a good breakfast. Absolutely fine for one night.

Great location for Heathrow Airport and very good value. Rooms are basic but the price reflects that. I'd love to have been able to have a cuppa at 4am though!
