We’ve just come back from a great stay! The house is perfect and has everything you need. The pool table was one of the reasons we booked here and it got used a lot. Along with the hot tub.
Beautiful Christmas tree too which I’m glad was still up.
Very spacious bedrooms and loved the walk in wardrobes.
We also enjoyed a walk around the lake to the local village pub.

We had a wonderful stay - the property is beautiful with everything you need and in a gorgeous, peaceful setting. Especially enjoyed looking out on the lake from the hot tub, watching the sun set! Would highly recommend, I hope to return again soon.

We had a great stay at Waters Edge Lake. Kayak an added bonus which we used on a clear calm lake - the house in such a great spot which we happily recommend to others. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of fluffy towels/ great showers and comfy beds. Hot tub was hot and very private. Welcome pack too! Perfect base to relax in. Thank you

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at various properties at At Waters Edge over the years creating so many wonderful memories with family and friends. It’s the most beautiful and peaceful place that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The views of the lake are breathtaking and the properties have always been immaculate and well equipped. We’ve always loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the sereneness of being by the water. This is definitely the best location for a UK break and I cannot recommend it enough!

Perfect lakeside retreat for anyone looking for some peace in a stunning location.
The boathouse boasts a mezzanine level bedroom & bathroom with panoramic views over a private lake, downstairs a gorgeous lounge and kitchen/ dining area with direct access to a large deck with sunbeds, table & chairs.
Just outside there’s a hot tub with options to swim, kayak or paddle-board or just relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife.
We loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat

Me and my partner spent 2 nights here and stayed in Kingfisher Lodge and it was honestly such a perfect getaway. The place is stunning! It was homely mixed in with a taste of luxury. Our lodge was immaculate, clean, beautiful decor and equipped with absolutely everything you need for a home away from home stay. Beds were comfortable and with a large bathtub and 2 showers to choose from we felt very spoilt! We were surprised with a stunning Christmas tree in the living area and cute Xmas dec's surrounding, it truly made it special. The hot tub and the views of the lakes were amazing. Jo was extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had so promptly. We have already recommended to at least 5 people! We can't wait to book again next year with our little ones. We booked Goose Landing for the last weekend of September and arrived to see the lake sparkling in the sunshine. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, spotless and uncluttered. The bedrooms are super spacious, as are the adjoining bathrooms. My friend commented that the walk in shower in the ground floor bedroom was the best he had ever been in. We were able to launch our kayaks and paddle boat from right next to the property with no problem at all. We took food and ate in during our first night and there was every utensil provided. Crockery and utensils are all of a good quality. Late on Saturday afternoon, we all sat out on the decking, basking in the warm sunshine. We had a really enjoyable and unforgettable stay at Goose Landing and will be back. Thanks to all who made is special.

Have stayed at several properties with Cotswolds Water Park Retreats, all are kept to an extremely high standard. A warm welcome awaits at each property, all with have fabulous amenities, fully equipped kitchens and details of local places to eat or grab a takeout if you prefer not to cook.
We have been as a couple & extended family and enjoyed time to relax in the tranquility of the lakes.
