We’ve holidayed here a few times and it’s always been very good (and we do a lot of static caravan holidays at different sites). This particular review though is to say thank you to Emma on reception. She has been nothing but awesome. We had a large booking and needed to make several changes and special requests and nothing was too much bother for her. Very professional and obviously experienced as she knew exactly what to do to help. I must also say the other staff have also been very good. The speed of which any issue is dealt with is simply impressive and everyone from the pool staff to the bar staff were friendly throughout. I can thoroughly recommend this place…beautiful site with beautiful caravans and amazing staff. One of the best static caravan sites we’ve been to.

This was our 3rd trip here and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 4 nights this time, and our holiday home was ready early despite a 4pm check in! Which was brilliant! Caravans and site are kept thoroughly clean. Staff are always lovely and friendly! One thing to bear in mind is that obviously being on the seafront the prices can be expensive but dont let that put you off as the facilities on site are fantastic, the Kids love the swimming pool and arcades! All around we think this holiday park is brilliant and if you catch it at the right time the prices for the stay are pretty good too! Low season are the best for this. We have booked another trip for next year for a short get away! So, we will be back! Thanks again waterside park!!

Lovely site well maintained lodges. Lots of things to do and half an hour walk to Weymouth. Great site facilities. It so nice I bought one. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend a stay here as it also has a local bus straight into Weymouth times vary through the holiday season and off peak, picks up on the site which is a bonus. The pool is clean and great fun and heated.

Lovely & peaceful campsite, well kept. Caravan was clean, gorgeous, warm and had very comfortable beds, even included WiFi. Perfect location, less than a 5 min walk from the beach, cafe, arcades, and even a takeaway. The only downfall is the lack of dog friendly places to go on site, as the off- site places closed around 9pm which meant we had to find our own entertainment. Nevertheless we will be coming here again.

Loved this place would definitely go again we went in off peak season and was perfect everything was still open and the entertainment was brilliant the location is lovely with a private beach with a bar next too it. The site it's self is beautiful lovely and clean and well kept with little rivers running through the site and we was lucky too have one right next too our caravan was so peaceful. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful would definitely go again and would highly recommend

Stayed here 3 times in last 12 months on both previous occasions caravans were beautiful, very modern very clean. This time though was different story we must have been given the oldest caravan on the site very dated desperate for an upgrade. Shower cubicle tiny and flooded whole bathroom. Windows wouldn’t stay open on safety catches and catches broke. The cutlery and crockery was dirty on arrival. Had to mess about with door on caravan to lock with key. Rang reception and asked for another fan none available although saw plenty of empty vans there. The site itself is beautiful very clean. The facilities very good. Site very child friendly. I’m afraid to say don’t think will be staying there again now due to the poor quality of the caravan. We paid £750 for 3 nights so would expect more. Paid a lot less on other visits admittedly out of season but never less still expect quality for that price

DON'T ACCEPT SAFARI 4|I will start with the negatives, because I feel there more important in this case|Safari lodge/tent 4 is an absolute disgrace, it is surrounded by broken screens, an overgrown hedge, brambles and a broken tree branch. |All the other lodges are surrounded by lovely lawns!!! |Broken privacy screen left in a heap by the hot tub where it had clearly just been| left to fall and rot.|Hot tub way to hot, asked for it to be turned down, didn't happen , husband couldn't use it.|Cobwebs and dust inside the accommodation also inside the drawers so we didn't unpack properly |Badly marked kitchen floor.|Canopy doesn't fit in the main bedroom revealing dust.|Broken wooden structure in living area.|Can seat 4 maybe 5 people in living room, where you would put 7 or 8 I can't imagine, |1 bathroom and one toilet for up to 8 people.. no!!!|These tents have no soundproofing, whatsoever, so they are ultra noisy you can here everything in the tents next to you, tv's, people talking, and more frightening, in the middle of the night someone in the next tent went to the toilet which activated the fan, I honestly thought someone was in our toilet. |Constant hum from the hot tub. |Faulty table lamp/only light in one bedroom. (Now fixed) |Exposed junction box in 2 locations|Outside light not working.(now fixed) |NO LIGHTING in the road at all!!! |Awful smell on arrival|Possibly given a pet friendly accommodation when we certainly didn't ask or want it as my husband is asthmatic.|All above reported, and some acted on|Asked if we wanted the hedge trimmed, said no as we wanted to use the decking and hot tub. |OTHER ISSUE|DON'T use the take away... used it twice fish cake, battered piece of fish deep fried and inedible, chips, half chips and half little crispy battered bits, disgusting.|The picture of the back of the tent on the website is no longer valid as there is now a new road to the back which goes to a rather nice bug expensive new section (the stables) however this means you have people walking past and can see straight through the willow screen.|POSITIVES|Reception staff when emailed tried to help on most counts but didn't answer my question on the pet friendly issue.|Privacy screen replaced after complaining, (but still left another screen barely standing and giving no privacy from the tent next door)|All staff that served us were lovely |Rest of the park is immaculate which makes us feel we were given a very sub- standard accommodation.|Overpriced for what we had.|We only booked this accommodation because the reception said they were nice she clearly hasn't been in 4!!! We were looking at the signature lodge, I so wish we had|A not taken any notice of there staff|B refused safari 4 and ask to be moved.|We were only there mon-fri so sort of unpacked and headed straight for the beach, we then thought we wouldn't complain and make the best of it, but lots of little things made it impossible not to complain no one wants to spend precious time making phone calls or emailing.|Price for this accommodation is extortionate!! |

The caravan was spotless and had everything that was needed for a family holiday. We first came to this park 20 years ago and have had Numerous holidays|ranging from one week stays to two weeks, and have never been giving any cause to complain, And hopefully we will have many more.
