We needed to rent a property for a few weeks, as we had a gap between a house sale and a purchase. The team at Bournecoast could not have been more helpful. With four kids and two dogs, also with a need for a decent internet connection for home working and home schooling, we had quite demanding requirments...no problem, these were met without issue. We had the most amazing time, with stunning sea views and would highly recommend both the property and using Bournecoast. None of us wanted to leave!!! Thanks for everything.

Rented a property as a winter let through Bournecoast while we found a permanent home. As an estate agent myself I had pretty high expectations. I rented a short term flat which actually turned into almost 2 years as the owner was very flexible over the various lockdown times and Bournecoast always kept in touch asking if I would like to extend the rental agreement.

I was so glad that I chose to use Bournecoast Holidays to book the apartment for our 2 week holiday. The apartment we booked was lovely and far exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and every detail had been considered. This was a family gathering in Bournemouth for 2 weeks and my brother had rented an Air BnB for his family and it was dreadful in comparison compared to the flat we had through Bournecoast Holidays. I can not recommend this company highly enough and the service that we received from Levine was absolutely outstanding. She took care of our every need, answered all of our question by email within minutes and proactively ensured our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Levine was excellent and I would like to commend her to her manager as an outstanding employee from our perspective. Thank you Levine and thank you Bournecoast Holidays.
