Recently took a journey from Berwick-upon-tweed to Leeds with mark and it was perfect. Absolutely no complaints. The car is clean, spacious and comfortable. On our second day visiting Scotland, Mark provided great and reliable service to take us from the train station to Lindisfarne. By the time we wanted to leave the island, we had a hard time getting our phone connection to work (having traveled from the US), and sent emails to Mark which he responded to most urgently. In addition there was a huge backup to get on/off the island that day due to an accident, and we were so lucky that Mark didn’t give up on picking us up, and sat thru at least 2 hours of traffic to get to us/and then off the island, risking having to be stuck on the island until the next tide safe passing.
Really glad we had the chance to meet Mark and lucky that he rescued us off the island 🙂

Mark was brilliant - this is a service to be trusted - just what we needed at the end of our Pennine Way trek. He arrived early in a lovely spacious car, took care of our luggage and drove extremely safely - even spotting deer in a neighbouring field and anticipating them running across the road in front of us.

He also confirmed by text 48 hours before so we had assurance having booked weeks before. Conversation was delightful too, a very amiable experience. I feel he would also read his passengers well so if chatting is not your thing he would respect that. I would definitely use again if in the area. Highly recommend !

Great service -my daughter had to get out of Berwick promptly during major travel disruption. Because Premier are a local company, they were able to use their knowledge of back-roads in the town and get us on to the bypass avoiding 40 minutes of traffic queues.
Comfortable journey and quick and easy payment. Would definitely recommend.

Two of us, cyclists were at Berwick Station desperate for a lift to Norham. We rang Premier Taxis and were told we could be picked at 5:30. A little bit early the taxi arrived and the driver loaded two bikes and us and our panniers into his Ford Galaxy and took us to Norham. Great service.

Used this service twice whilst staying at the Barn at Beal to transport 3 people and a dog.One day we were taken to Lindesfarne and walked back, the next day the reverse.
The driver ( sorry, didnt ask your name) was really helpful with timings for the causeway as we used the Pilgrim's Way on one occasion. Picked up on time each occasion. Thoroughly nice chap!

Fantastic experience. We were stranded in Bamburgh with a wedding going on, needless to say we called every cab number and we couldn't get a local cab for 4 hours. 1 call to premier taxi and with 30 minutes he picked us up, got us to the train station before our train left and overall had a wonderful, professional ride. He was a pleasure to talk with and Would recommend over any other taxi service.
