If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We stayed over the weekend and our stay was nothing short of perfection.
Firstly Lisa and Dean are the most friendly welcoming people.
The establishment, our room and bathrooms was extremely clean. Modern fitting including USB charging ports next to the bed. Right on the front the views are beautiful.
We stayed with 2 young children 6 & 2 and they accommodated this so well. Perfect little low bed for the toddler and high chair and even children's smaller cutlery for dinning.
The food was very nice with a great choice of menu.
I would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone considering a visit down to Seaton.

We stayed in late July 2024 in room 2 which was absolutely lovely! We both had very comfortable beds and pillows ! The room which was impeccably clean had double aspect windows and sea views. The room had comfy chairs , lovely lighting and plenty of places to put your clothes etc . The bathroom had lovely products with a good shower.|We hadn’t expected to eat both nights in the hotel but after tasting the delicious home cooked fish pie on on our first night and our marvellous breakfast we decided to eat there again on our second night too. It was lovely to have a lovely day walking and come back to a lovely meal once again. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace too.| All in all a lovely place to stay with Lisa and Dean being wonderful hosts. We really look forward to visiting again soon!

Room was lovely and spotlessly clean with a beautiful view over the whole bay. Breakfast really good, and optional evening meal equally as good, Lisa and Dean really friendly and helpful, as was all the staff. Would certainly recommend a stay.

This is a delightful hotel. Clean and tidy. Our room had a view of the sea. We saw dolphins from our window! Offers evening meals (some nights), has a bar. The breakfast was amazing. Locally sourced produce, which was incredibly tasty. |After a mooch in the town, it was lovely to watch the sun go down with a few wines & beers on the terrace, chatting to the locals.|The owners couldn't have done any more to be accommodating. So helpful and friendly. Including their dog, Molly. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10

Well what can we say, other than outstanding. Lisa & Dean made us feel extremely welcome and it was more like spending a weekend with family than just in a hotel.|The location is perfect, amazing views across the sea and coastline.|The whole property was exceptionally clean, beautiful decor and everything you could need.|Food was absolutely outstanding all home cooked, well presented and extremely tasty.|We were blown away with our visit and will be returning as soon as we can get away again.

Lovely friendly B&B on the seafront, with an onsite bar and restaurant which is open to non residents. Have stopped twice in the last couple of weeks for an early evening drink. Lisa and Dean are fantastic hosts and very welcoming and friendly. With a small well stocked bar and reasonable prices. We are sure to visit again evening meals in their onsite bistro also available to non-residents and locals. Great location and a friendly atmosphere!!

We stayed in the Beer View Apartment and had one of the most lovely and comfortable self-catering holidays we have ever had. The Apartment had everything we could possibly need and was pristine / furnished to perfection. The owners Lisa and Dean were charming and welcoming and kindly went the extra mile to help regarding the needs of one of our party (who is now disabled). This resulted in a stay that was pleasurable to her and extremely relaxing to the others. Watching the world go by on the large balcony here was unforgettable. Seaton is a jewel of the Devon coast and something of a secret. I defy anyone to be disappointed by The Mariners.

Home sweet home!!!!||We have been visiting here for a few years now and we always have a blast! Dean and Lisa treat us like family they are absolute legends! Amazing Hotel!!! Every visit gets better and better how is this possible? if I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would !!! the place is beautiful and on the sea front beautifully decorated and all our needs are always met all the staff are super friendly full of smiles they work hard to give everyone a special welcome and perfect stay , I will continue to stay here every time I come to visit my best friend! I love the breakfast every thing was perfect and we had the most amazing evening meal outside in the sunshine I had the most delicious salmon and the steak is so juicy we love how the chips are shaped to scoop up the spicy peppercorn sauce and the kids scooped up the ketchup lol |we all cleared our plates and can’t wait to come back! ||We wish you all the best and anyone lucky enough to get a room is in for a real treat! || see you soon Lisa & Dean| love Trina & Nige Rockett x
