Quite useless. I wanted flights for a specific day, and they (1) booked the wrong date. Then they (2) made absolutely no effort to fix the error; then (3) tried to charge an extortionate amount to put it right, despite accepting I had requested the correct date. Instead they relied on the old 'we read it back you' excuse - they didn’t read the dates back to me. In the end I had get ABTA involved to correct their mistake. But even then, (4) Hays tried to book a hotel at the wrong airport. Finally, to add insult to injury, they (5) sent the tickets to the wrong address.
At no point have I had an explanation or apology for their appalling service. Simply useless.

I rang the travel money exchange before coming into Honiton. They were happy to buy Danish Kroner, they asked what demonination notes I wished to exchange. They said wasn’t a problem. When I arrived they looked up the exchange amount and told me I could change one of the notes, but the other was not on their list (5O0 DK) . Now I have travel to Exeter. How bizarre!

Special in window was not a good price when we went into shop. Flight was 6am with Tui. I found better flight with Easyjet. Ant the price was much better

BOOKING CRUISE VERY GOOD. THEY STAYED OPEN LATE FOR US, BRILLIANT. THEN DOWNHILL ALL THE WAY.THEY DIDNT SEND THE INFO BY EMAIL AS PROMISED. HAD NO TICKETS A WEEK BEFORE SAILING. I PHONED CONSTANTLY FOR DAYS, ONLY TO HAVE THE PHONE RING OFF THE HOOK, NO ANSWER, NO MESSAGING SERVICE. WHEN I DID GET THROUGH IT I COULD ONLY LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A RETURN CALL, WHICH NEVER CAME. ANY INFO I MANAGED TO GET WAS CONFUSING AND INCORRECT. FINALLY GOT THE TICKETS AND HAD TO ADDRESS ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE TRIP MYSELF. APPARENTLY THEY HAD A SEVERE STAFF SHORTAGE, WHICH I AM SYMPATHETIC TO, BUT I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED TAKING NEW CLIENTS WHILST THEY COULDNT COPE, AND CONCENTRATE ON MAKING SURE THAT PEOPLE SAILING SOON WERE APPRISED OF ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL IN MY CASE.
