We had an incredible time at Watch Hill celebrating a joint birthday. The property itself is beautiful, well cared for and beautifully furnished and decorated. We enjoyed walks by the sea, great recommendations for local food & drink and all queries were managed quickly. The house is extremely well equipped - even for 18 of us! Everyone was able to find space to relax and enjoy themselves. Thank-you so much to Emilie for a very special holiday.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Knowle House this summer! A stunning home set in beautiful grounds - it was so peaceful and relaxing!
The kitchen was gorgeous and very well equipped- the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully finished. We really had no complaints whatsoever.
The house is a short walk from Budleigh Salterton, which boasts some lovely restaurants, coffee shops and a wonderful bakery!
We were also a short drive from Exmouth with its more touristy sandy beach and Exeter which has every shop you could ever want!
Emilie was incredibly helpful - communication was excellent and the whole process was smooth from start to finish!
I would definitely recommend Knowle House and Unique Holiday Stays!

I would massively recommend Unique Holiday Stays... They were incredibly informative, helpful and patient when it came to booking my 2 days away at the Cornish Tree House in Morval... Both Emily and the owner of the treehouse were very accommodating and fast to respond to any enquiries. It was a much needed break away for me and it was made that much more enjoyable by how helpful everyone was and the attention to detail they put into making the trip so comfortable.

The Cornish Treehouse really is a little piece of heaven and if you're a cabin/treehouse geek like me you really wouldn't be disappointed. I would go back in a heartbeat and look forward to many more trip with Unique Holiday Stays in the future

Harbour View is a gorgeous property, very cosy sitting room and amazing views. Lovely to be able to park at the property and walk easily in to town. Highly recommend!

Superb accommodation, fantastic facilities, great for a family holiday in a gorgeous location.
Close to Lyme Regis on a select country estate with stunning views out to sea.
Hot tub, fire pit, cinema & games room, super large open plan kitchen dining space, large orangery & cosy log burners for a family evening in.
All bedrooms have lovely en-suites & some have balcony views out to the coast.

We had a lovely time at St Vincent’s Garden and loved the property. The location is perfect, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The view from the bifold doors gives you the perfect place to sit and relax whatever the weather. Communication with Unique Holiday Stays was very good and when there was a problem with the doors, it was fixed very quickly. This is a dog-friendly property with pale-covered sofa upholstery which, as can happen with pet-friendly accommodation, wasn’t particularly clean. A washable throw might be a good investment. Also we had assumed that the garden would be enclosed and secure for dogs, which it isn’t. As the garden isn’t fully visible from the house, when the bifold doors were open (which they often were as it gets very hot on a sunny day with them closed) we had put up various barricades to stop him wandering into the carpark. With an enclosed garden, this would be a 5-star property for us - we have already rebooked for next year!

Fantastic house + venue for multi-generational family get-together. Lots of spacious and beautifully appointed rooms and a huge garden for kids and dogs to explore. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Thanks to Emilie for prompt replies to queries beforehand.

We have just arrived home from 'Sherbrook' one of the most relaxing weeks away we've had for a while.
The bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable one we've ever had away from home which is saying something as my partner is over 20 stone and I usually get bounced out every time he moves!
My partner, our five children and dogs enjoyed a very comfortable homely house. The kitchen was well equipped, my youngest daughter enjoys regularly baking and had the equipment to do this easily.
Plenty of fridge and freezer space for several days worth of food for a large group and plenty of oven space which we have found is often lacking in holiday homes.
The house was clean and very pleasant, I particularly liked the arm chair in the kitchen.
The sitting room had extremely comfortable sofas and the additional snug made it easy to keep everyone happy.
The facilities were good and included dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaners, mop and bucket and nice outdoor furniture.
The garden was of a good medium size and was very pet and child friendly.
The only thing we did find was that our small dog found a few ways out and our large breed dog was able to jump out but our medium sized dogs were safely contained.
The area was interesting and picturesque and the little high street a few minutes walk down the hill towards the sea was full of great independent shops.
All in all we had a wonderful time.
