Castle Dene in Seaham marketed our bungalow, what a really professional experience we had, we had 18 viewings within 3 days, 5 offers which 1 has been accepted within a week, Nicola and Sam couldn’t do enough and were always there to advise when required. I have been dealing with Luke Herron whilst selling my home and from the first moment I met him I knew he was the one that I wanted as he was so polite and friendly and listened to everything that I said. The house was on the market for 13 days and an offer has came in for the asking price which is amazing.

I really can't thank Karen and Lilly enough for everything they have done for me to finally get a home.
At the moment it's not the easiest to find a rented property within a reasonable price range, I was on the verge of just giving up looking after seeing so many since my old landlord sold their home I lived in for many years. Karen & Lilly were an absolute pleasure to meet. Karen showed us around the property we were looking to rent, very professional and helpful.
