Ok ok, I left a bad review before but now that we have a better driver, everything is better, he plays music and is really friendly to anyone who speaks to him, it seems like we have got an upgrade as now we travel on a luxurious double Decker and modern Volvo busses instead of our old bus that was very old, the driver always does the best he can to get us to our destination quickly and safely which is why my review is now 5 stars! There are lots of bus companies out there that could probably do a slightly better job but if you are looking of a nice comfy ride, choose howard snaith! 😆 very good!

Avoid this company used them twice early September first trip on the Saturday was ok but the Sunday the coach was an hour and a half late putting our plans for the day out and causing extra coats for us. I emailed the company and no response so I rang them and we discussed some compensation for the inconvenience caused. It's now 8 weeks since the trip and I've still not received the compensation for rang them again and still waiting for the payment. total incompetence!

Right where can I start, maybe the countless times the bus has been late for collection, the unfair punishment of been taken back to school after someone was shaking the busses arm rest leaving many other students worried they’re not getting their connecting busses home or even not being allowed out of the school bus to catch a service bus on this same affair. Absolute joke of a school service…

Had a mini bus pre- booked for 10 people to and from a wedding on Monday. First off the lady turned up in a car, when we told her we had booked a mini bus she told us to “calm down” in a very patronising tone. We then confirmed with her the pick up time of 00:15 once we were taken to the venue, which she also confirmed.

By 00:30 she still had not returned to pick us up. We rang and rang multiple times but no answer. We were left stranded in the middle of the night at a wedding venue in the middle of nowhere.

10 girls had to walk in the pitch black for over 30 minutes on country roads back to our accommodation.

Still no returned phone call from her and no apology! Absolutely vile service, would stay clear of this atrocious unprofessional company!!

My girlfriend attended a wedding yesterday 10th June 2024. Her and her friends had a minibus booked for 12:15am. The driver never turned up but took the money in advanced. This meant I was home with our new born getting panicked phone calls worrying how her and her friends were going to get to their accommodation. No contact or courtesy contact since, absolutely shocking considering the road they had to walk back to their accommodation had no street lighting and they had a heavily pregnant person in their party as well. Disgusting service.

On the 10th June 2024 I attended my friends wedding at Woodhill Hall. Myself and the group of friends I was with (12 females) were staying at Bertie’s, just over a mile away. We pre booked taxis to and from the wedding several weeks before the even to ensure we had transport sorted. For the journey there on the afternoon, the driver arrived with a car rather than a minibus. We reminded her that this was not what booked as there was a large group of us and the driver was rather rude to us but did return with a minibus. We then agreed a pick up time of 12:15am and enjoyed our day at the wedding. After the event we waited outside the venue from 12:10am til after 12.30am. The minibus did not arrive. We tried to contact the driver several times with no success. We tried other taxi companies but none were available. We made the decision to walk back to Bertie’s. A member of our party is heavily pregnant and as NHS nurses we were of course aware of the potential issues a night in the cold could pose for a heavily pregnant person, but we saw no other option but to make the walk back. We made the journey back on foot, not dressed appropriately for this walk through the dark on country roads in the middle of the night, using our phone torches as guides to also alert passing traffic of our presence (which was needed as cars were coming down the narrow road we walked on and we were extremely worried they would not be able to see us). This was a very upsetting end to what was such a lovely day. Please for your own safety DO NOT use this company. We will give them time to respond and provide a refund otherwise we will be seeking to take further action.

NHS staff stranded at Wood Hill wedding venue plus other wedding guests who had also booked the Snaith mini bus . We booked a SNAITH mini bus to take us and collect us from WoodHill . All 10 of us were guests at Berties (the old post office) in Otterburn. The mini bus lst arrived as a taxi despite being ordered as a minibus. The attitude of the driver was nothing but RUDE when we said that we ordered in minibus and that it was over 2 weeks pre wedding, she infact told us to calm down despite the fact this was massively delaying us getting to the Woodhill venue . On arrival to Woodhill we confirmed our pick up time as 00:15. However by 00:30 the mini bus had not returned to pick us up and also the other booking just before ours had also been left stranded. Woodhill wedding venue is in a very remote part of the country side and not one that any of us are familiar with. We then had to trek back to Bertie’s in the pitch dark down winding country roads, none of us were suitably dressed as we did not anticipate having to walk in the cold and the dark. This company have failed to answer any phone calls on the night in question or since. The blond female who was driving was rude and did not care that she left 10 vulnerable women to walk that distance and apparently she’s noted for this in that village

This company was prebooked for 10th June, a couple of weeks ago for a minibus to go to a best friends Wedding from Berties of Otterburn House to Woodhill Hall.
On booking I ask to confirm a price and I was told by a woman I spoke to she would ring me back.
A few days passed, no call back, so I rang twice more each time she told me she was driving.
On the morning of the Wedding she came in a taxi, not minibus as booked. One of our party went out to speak to her that a minibus was booked as there was so many of us, she denied she knew about a minibus, I had booked the transport so I went out to speak to her and was told to calm down in a very patronising way, by the way I was very calm, I did say to her that she had confirmed that a minibus was booked, so she came back minutes later with a minibus.
On dropping us off at Woodhill Hall she charged us £5 per person, which I was asked to pay up front, as she quoted, better for the business, I obviously know what that means now, that she had no intention of picking us back up.
I confirmed that the pick up time was 00.15am.
00.15am came no minibus , I gave her 5 minutes then tried to ring, went straight to voicemail.
Tried numerous times, no answer by this time it was 00.30am.
We ended going back into Woodhill as it was very cold at that time in the morning.
We all had to decide to walk.
So a bunch of women, thank goodness their was a bunch, imagine if it was just a party of two.
The road to Otterburn is a very very dark, no lighting , long dangerous country road.
On our walk back a car passed us, we all had our lights on from our mobile phones tonyry and keep us safe.
I can't believe that this women thinks this is acceptable to leave women stranded to have to walk back as there was no alternative.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. DO NOT BOOK OR TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT BOTHETED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SAFETY.
DONT WANT TO EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE STAR BUT UNABLE TO POST REVIEW OTHERWISE.
