This tour is one of the best we have done where we have travelled in the world!

Our guide Stuart was so informative, funny, and relaxed. We had plenty of time at all the drop-offs where we had recommendations everywhere we went.

We did the Loch Ness, Glencoe, and Highlands visit, and I would recommend this one for sure. It's worth staying an extra day in Edinburgh.

Stuart has a bright future as a tour guide, and Discover Scotland have a very good employee on their hands.

We engaged Discover Scotland from our Isle of Skye tour and the Scottish Highlands, and it is easily one of the best 3 day 2 night experiences we had! Our guide Jamie is knowledgeable about the history and the folklore in the areas we are going to, and very experienced in catching all and even elusive viewpoints and scenic spots in Isle of Skye while fighting the little daylight hours during winter time. We were blessed to have Jamie as our guide as he also shares good recommendations on food and activities when he is sending us back to Glasgow. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Isle of Skye, the Highlands & Loch Ness 3 day tour with discover Scotland as part of our honeymoon to Europe.
The landscape and locations visited were incredible and I felt we always had a decent amount of time at each spot. Our tour guide Michael was fantastic. His knowledge and story telling were a great addition to the amazing backdrop of the Scottish highlands.
The accommodations at Cliffe house chosen by the tour operator was clean and comfortable with a hearty and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend this tour.

I had a great experience with Discover Scotland Tours, especially with Jamie as our guide. 🙂 The 1-day tour to Glencoe and the Harry Potter bridge at Glennfinn Viaduct overall was really well-run, and the pace was just nice - not too rushed, and we managed to linger around long enough in each place to take photos and just appreciate the natural beauty of the Highlands. (Note: No trains running at the Viaduct during winter, so if anyone wants to snap photos of the trains going past, go in summer-autumn if you don’t mind crowds!)

Jamie was also very friendly and helpful in sharing food recommendations and his knowledge of the history behind all the sights we observed along the way, and was also open to any questions we had.

Overall, the tour was well worth the time for anyone interested to know more about Scottish history and going on scenic adventures. Highly recommended!

Genuinely amazing! I went with my friend on the 02/01/2025 for the Loch Ness, Glencoe & The Highlands 1 Day Tour with Jamie, and it was extraordinary! Jamie was so lovely, informative and friendly! He had an excellent playlist and he was very fun! The scenery was fantastic, the weather made it look even better (it was lightly snowing), I had such a blast, if I ever come back to Edinburgh again, I sure will do a Discovery Tour again, hopefully with Jamie again!

I would like to thank Mr. Gary for his friendly attitude and his great efforts in enriching us with valuable information. He provided us with useful advice and guidance to ensure the trip was both safe and enjoyable. I also appreciate his effort in trying to speak in his Scottish accent at a slower pace, making his speech clear and understandable for us as foreign visitors from different language backgrounds.
What I truly loved about the trip was the Glenfinnan area—it was absolutely beautiful, and I wished I could have stayed longer. Despite the cold weather, I thoroughly enjoyed taking in the breathtaking scenery. I also appreciate that he made multiple stops along the way to take memorable photos.

I did the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe & Loch Shiel 1 Day Tour at the start of January and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The coach was very clean and comfortable. The small amount of passengers taken allowed for the tour to be very intimate and meaningful. The driver was just so amazing, attentive and engaging. He ensured we got the most of the trip and really made a great effort to genuinely get to know us throughout the day. Stop overs were great and of course the sights were incredible. Hope to use this company again for future visits 🙂

Truly enjoyed our Loch Ness, Glencoe & Highlands tour with Gerry. Appreciated the small group, which kept us feeling more included and engaged throughout the tour. The tour leader was very accommodating to our needs and kept it fun the whole way. It was a long day of travelling but I learnt a lot and definitely made us want to book another Scottish tour with this company. Very happy customer!
