The company has been nothing but lovely & very helpfull and friendly. I asked for some leaflets and thry did send me some. Which helped in looking for some when to go and do. I when to they office on Monday I think it was the woman behind the desk was so helpful. I ask a few questions and she happily answers a few things for me. And help me book war Horse for next year. I did privet message the company for more information. And they helped with everything. So I definitely recommend to everyone who wants to go out for the day or go to any event.

Nice to see company still offering a smiling service, decided to ditch car and try a coach trip again as tired of parking issues. Last one was 41 years ago to London for 5 days and Irvings made such a impression then and still the same, really enjoyed the day to Whitby Regatta.. We have booked another for November. Pleasent comfortable coach and supurb driver.

Just got back from a "loch's 'n glens' tour to Pitlochry with Irvings of Carlisle. The Loch Tummel Hotel was excellent both for service and cuisine.
Kim, who piloted the brand new bus, was brilliant. His anticipatory skills on some very challenging roads were exemplary. (he's also a very nice guy) Looking forward to the next one.

Bus depot, adequate car parking although the price increase is not on the board yet. Driver was good, no hairy moments lurching or horn blowing. Instructions were adequate and concise.

Irvings of Carlisle think that they are King of the road and above the law. Did you know that Irvings coaches are entitled to park on zig zag school keep clear road markings? They are also allowed to partially block entrances even though there is a vehicle quite clearly indicating that they need access to that entrance, their drivers are far to busy having a chat to each other in the middle of the road to actually get back in their coach and move it! Instead they cause a major obstruction outside a very busy primary school not only to the vehicle that is indicating but also to the oncoming traffic. They just stand there and watch whilst the driver of the vehicle panics and is forced to try and get into the entrance as they are holding everybody up. The driver of the car is being so careful not to hit the coach that they scrape the whole passenger side of their car down a wall. Guess what happens then? The driver decides to get back in their coach and move it!!!!! If only they had done that in the first place. The driver of the damaged vehicle is distraught but neither of those coach drivers go to see if they are okay. Response from the lovely, caring, compassionate and understanding lady director of the company ( this is complete rubbish by the way) she should have got out of her car and asked the driver to move! Since when did you have to ask someone to move if you want to turn right or left in a road? You just use your indicators and that should be enough to tell other road users what your intentions are! Your driver is a liar and may I suggest that you enrol yourself on to some People Management courses as you are very clearly not able to deal with issues in a professional way! You may also want to take some anger management classes too! Even Mr Irving couldn't get a word in edgeways. Result we are left with a very hefty repair bill of £2,000 and Irvings couldn't care less!!!!
