If i could rate this company 0 i would. I had an incredibly poor experience with The Global Travel Shop Limited. The transport from Jeddah to Makkah was a nightmare—there were 22 people crammed into a vehicle with only 18 seats, making it highly uncomfortable and unsafe. Upon arrival, we had to endure a frustrating 3-hour wait to check in, which completely disrupted our plans. To make matters worse, we were kicked out of the hotel a day earlier than agreed, leaving us stranded and scrambling to adjust our arrangements. The lack of organization, professionalism, and basic courtesy made this experience one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
