Great accommodation in one of the best locations at the Bay Close to amenities and the beach path. The house was to a great standard and had a fantastic stay. My only point would be more Cuttery and plates as some have gone missing but only a minor point. Overall would stay here again!

After staying in many of Anchor Bays properties we have experienced excellent customer service and communication on all occasions!

Check in instructions are always simple and clear and the whole holiday process is easy. Anchor bay provides the perfect properties all with such a homely feel.

Our personal favourite property is puffin lodge when just a couple of us, but on this trip due to double birthday celebrations and family and friends popping in and out we opted for Britannia House (my second stay in britannia). The true size of this property is astonishing!

The most perfect property in every way, each guest commented on the feeling of the property and the idyllic views (pictures attached) from both the upstairs and downstairs balcony! The snow only enhanced the properties beauty!

Anthony makes the process so easy from start to finish and the communication prior, during and post holiday is impeccable!

No matter which property we stay in on the bay at Filey Mr Robin (picture attached) finds us making our stay on every occasion well and truly magical!

Thanks again and we can’t wait to stay again soon!

Accommodation was as advertised on a tidy, and quiet (was term time) purpose built holiday village. Good amenities and the access to the beach perfect. Anthony answered queries quickly, ensuring personal and polite service. Would recommend and will be returning.

The Puffin pad was absolutely immaculate, a beautifully presented one bedroomed apartment with everything we needed for our 5 night break.
We will be booking again hopefully this year and would recommend this fabulous apartment. Ideally located too for a short stroll onto the beach or food and drinks in the local pub. Thank you for allowing us to hire your lovely apartment.

The puffin pad is a comfortable holiday apartment that caters well . We loved the little niknaks around the place and was glad of the cooking facilities. I didn't find the bed comfortable personally as i found it too hard but my partner said it was the best mattress he'd slept on for ages. It's walking distance to the beach and had lots of facilities on site.. a pub to eat ..shop ..pool etc ...we stayed at the Bay previously and love the place ..communication with Anthony is very good 👍

This property is beautiful and had everything you need for your stay. The showers are amazing and the views from the balcony are incredible. I can recommend a stay at this lovely home
