Luan from Travel Angels did a fantastic job organising what was a spectacular holiday to Las Vegas, San Francisco and New York. Judi and I had a fabulous time and it was made better by the hotel Rui in San Fran leaving Judi chocolate covered strawberries on her birthday, a nice touch. As ever when we book with you, everything goes smoothly. Thanks again, here is to next year?

Thanks to Luan and her organisation we have experienced the adventure of a lifetime on safari in Kenya, with the last few days relaxing by the Indian Ocean at Baobab beach resort. Love booking holidays through Travel Angels. Luan knows exactly what we are looking for as she has booked many holidays for us in the past, so knows our likes and dislikes. She has also dealt professionally with Jet 2 when I arrived at a holiday and was told I had only booked self catering but had actually booked B&B. Wouldn't think of using anyone else

We booked to go to Lanzarote with Luan at Travel Angels Epworth. What can we say?
Nothing was to much trouble, we sat and chatted and felt very much like part of the family after our first visit. On our second visit, same again. What a lovely friendly business it is, very much in line with traditional customer service. The customer always comes first. Absolutely excellent. Thank you.

I’m not sure how I can put into words how amazing Luan at Travel Angels has been.
I’ve used Luan several times, and always had a great service. However our recent trip was cancelled by the airline when we arrived at the airport. Luan was there at the end of the phone the whole way through the process … even with it being a bank holiday and out of normal working hours…..and had rebooked an alternative trip within hours. She went over and above what she needed to do, to ensure we all had a great holiday.

Luan genuinely cares! And it’s evident in all the little details. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Even the welcome packs when we arrive home. And the follow up calls to ensure we has a great time.

Seeing all the other holiday makers also have their holidays cancelled due to the ATC issues… and they didn’t have anywhere to turn to…. Whereas we had Luan…. Literally our Travel Angel!!
