We are late in posting our review due to ill health however needed to add our review. Firstly, the Hajj journey is an extremely demanding experience on even the healthiest of people and therefore it is very easy to hold the operator to account for everything that perhaps doesn’t go as you expect, which is not necessarily fair. We went on Hajj this year and paid a fair price. Bhai Arif honoured all that had been agreed and extra, within the scope that was available to them. The support we received in getting our visa and biometrics sorted in less than a few days was way over and beyond what others would have done, so thank you. Hajj is a challenge in terms of physical, emotional and mental demands and there are lots of situations that are out of tour operators hands due to Saudi regulations, which can change on an hourly basis. Our personal experience of Haji Tours was positive as they took extremely good care of us from start to finish, and did whatever was in their control to enable us to fulfill our Hajj obligation as smoothly as possible. Even at Saudi airport, when we were departing, Bhai Arif went out of his way to deal with an issue that arose for us and got it resolved. Bhai Arif, thank you.

This was my first umrah and it was the most beautiful experience ever. The hotel in makkah le meridian towers was very good with shops and cafes inside the hotel. The guides and drivers were always on time. I got to see all the places in a week. Madinah was amazing, the hotel Durrat al Eiman was abit outdated and in the room things were breaking. Haji tours did offer us a room change but we already had our things out and were too tired for a room swap. The tour operators always made sure that we had no problem and made sure everything was going smoothly.
Overall had the most amazing experience Alhamdulilah. Will definitely book umrah again with Haji Tours.

I went with Haji Tours, and it was the worst experience. As someone in a wheelchair, I cannot recommend this group for individuals with disabilities. The overcrowding in Mina and during transportation was overwhelming. The entire trip was poorly managed. Whenever I think about my experience I feel very sad. Hajj should be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but this group made it the opposite. I strongly advise against using Haji Tours.

This year, I went to Hajj with my wife and daughter. My wife uses a wheelchair, and it was the worst journey of our lives. There were no arrangements made for her before the travel. The tour said that going with a wheelchair will be very easy but when I came to Makkah it was very difficult to get near the Kaaba without access to lifts along the way. There was no guidance or help for my wife, and we had to either rely on ourselves or pay extra out of our own money to have someone push the wheelchair.

In Mina, the camp was overcrowded. For example, It was supposed to accommodate 10 people, but the tour placed 35 people in one camp. Some people waited outside for 5 to 6 hours in the heat, including disabled individuals enduring 50-degree temperatures because there were no accommodations for them. The tour overcharged people, which is apparent from their poor management. Due to this, my wife became very ill. Others received the same service as us but paid half the price or even less. Especially in Mina, there was no management at all, and there was no one to ask for help if needed. Some people paid for Category B, expecting higher standard accommodation, but received Category C, leading to many arguments during our stay in the camps.

The transportation was also overcrowded, with buses supposed to accommodate 50 people but double that capacity. Some people stood for 6 to 7 hours, leading some to become unconscious, while others had no choice but to walk to Arafat. They charged 9000 per person but provided no facilities to justify this payment. I would not recommend them if you want to go to Hajj. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but the lowest option is 1 star.

Considering how big a job is to organise a trip for Hajj, I give top marks for the efforts and services through out. It went smooth and we had happy snd comfortable time through out. Yes there were few flaws or one can say few complains by some but they nothing compared to the fact that we were all going for such a big mission- Hajj, which engulfs a lot more than simply a trip or holiday.
I say thank you to Haji Tour team and to the brilliant service by their food Dept, transport and of course the team leaders. In addition to that I feel Azizia hotel was very accommodating and should be changed to 3/4 star hotel.

I went on Hajj this year with my husband..
I can say I had best time.. Hajj is a struggle and may Allah swt accept our ibadaat.
The group leaders were great.. They booked us for Riaz al Jannah .. the madina Hotel was standard.. meals were 3 times excellent. Train was brilliant going to Makkah. 5*Hotels we stayed 5 days was lovely it had shuttle buses going and coming. They helped out throughout..
Few days before Hajj days we went to Al Azizah which was shared . I was fine Alhamdolillah
We stayed in Mina with the group ladies .. but was great.. no complain at all.. toilets were clean throughout.
Leaders made sure we never walked too much ..we had transport.. they made sure we were cared ..they fed us well even in Mina 3 times
Overall I totally give this group 10/10
Alhamdolillah like I said Hajj is struggle.. Allah swt called me to His House who am I to complain..?❤️

Booked with Haji Tours for our first umrah, it was good and they kept in touch with us throughout the whole trip. Gave us information on umrah and what to do as our first time and communication was excellent while there too with guides. Jzk for your help especially Mohammed.
