I have used this company many times, booking for other people, without issue. For my own service from Heathrow to London they don't show up for my confirmed booking. Bearing in mind they have my car seat from our outbound transfer so we can't just take another taxi from the airport as I won't do a 90 minute journey without a car seat for my kid. So after a transatlantic red eye flight with a 1 year old we now have to wait over an hour for our ride to even arrive. The person I spoke with on the phone at the company was extremely aggressive as well. Never again with Cambridge Connection.

We’ve been using Cambridge Connections for several years now for our airport trips. They have been excellent! Arrive a few minutes early for drop off's and are always there when we arrive, even on one occasion when we were delayed through customs for nearly two hours!
We’ve had several different drivers and all were spotlessly dressed and driving top of the range cars, also spotless but best of all, they were all nice people and good drivers.
Would thoroughly recommend them.

I always use Cambridge connections formerly I believe mastercab the drivers arrive about 10mins early to reassure you they are here they have always been the cheapest and most reliable I've used them for years and now recommended all my friends to them and all very happy I have
