What a lovely place to stay. Room was immaculate, super comfy bed. The location is excellent. We had a lovely view out of our window
But from what I gathered it was the smallest room which didn’t bother us at all.

Great location right by the city walls. Clean comfy bed. No live TV as the aerial appears not to be connected. Parking spaces are tight. Lots in the apartment, and bright and nicely decorated. However some of the practicalities haven't been thought through. No space to put anything, the fridge is noisy and next to the bed, the bathroom sink is very small. However the apartment was great for our 2 nights

This is a fantastic apartment with secure gated parking at a very reasonable cost and all amenities right on the doorstep. The location right next to the city wall and riverbank was fabulous, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, but also surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Very comfortable bed and excellent cleaning standards both within the apartment and communal areas. Free WiFi, easy self check in and great communication throughout. We will definitely book again the next time we stay in Chester.

Just got home from 4 night stay in studio 4. Excellent accommodation,appreciated hand soap,shower gel,tea coffee etc. parking very useful and easy. Front door required a shoulder to open and couldn’t work the combi oven grill microwave but we ate out so it wasn’t a problem. Great location.

DISGUSTING. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... TEXT ME TO TELL ME ALL OF MY BELONGINGS WERE LEFT THERE... WELL A BAG OF BELONGINGS AND A GAMING MONITOR. TOLD ME TO COLLECT THE ITEMS DUE TO BEING OUT OF TOWN THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THIS.. SHE THEN SAID NOTHING WAS LEFT! LUCKILY I HAVE ALL THE CHATS WHERE THEY ADMITTED TO HAVING MY BAG. THEN THEY THREATENED MY MUM WITH BLACKMAIL IF SHE GOES TO THE POLICE SHE WILL TELL THEN WE USE DRUGS BECAUSE THEY ARE CAUGHT OUT STEALING. ENJOY THE POLICE.
