I cannot recommend Once in A lifetime holidays more. From start to finish Joan was amazing. We gave a difficult brief with a set budget and Joan delivered way beyond our highest expectations.

Joan was friendly, super helpful and gave us our dream honeymoon on budget and exactly to our brief.

Everything was covered, all the work was done, and we didn’t have to think about a thing from the minute we left the UK to when we arrived back.

I will absolutely be using Joan again for our next big trip!

We have used Joan for a number of trips over the last year and a half and have also just returned from an extremely varied trip to the States for a month. Her precision and understanding of what we wanted was spot on and fine tuned to the last detail. Once in a Lifetime Holidays are exceptional. Joan was amazing from start to finish, from the moment I picked up the phone she interrogated me to find all my likes and dislikes and really thought about and understood what I wanted. When I had an issue with my flight Joan resolved it over the weekend and she was away at the time! She also checked up to see everything was ok whilst we were away, it's like having a personal concierge, nothing is too much trouble and she really does go the extra mile to make sure you are having the most prefect holiday. I will definately be going back to Joan as I trust her to get it right based on what I say I want (and dont want) I have recommended to friends and can't wait to arrange my next holiday.

We had the most incredible time, Thank you so much you got it spot on!! I wasn't expecting to enjoy the time that we spent on the ship much, I thought of it as a means to an end to get around to so many amazing places, but I couldn't have been more wrong, we absolutely LOVED it!!
Norway is beautiful, our favourites were definitely Olden and Flam, utterly stunning places. We loved the combination in Flam of the Train, the zip wire and the cycle down, we saw so much more than we would have done if we had just got the train both ways.
We didn't use any of the Celebrity organised trips, we just sorted our own, everywhere we went it was very straightforward to find info and things to do. We used electric scooters to get around Stavanger, Tromso and Kristiansand which was a brilliant and convenient way to see so much and get out of the "just tourist areas".
Also I can't express how straightforward everything was for the cruise, both when you get there and when you leave, so much easier than an airport and you get help with your luggage too.
Considering this was not our original plan, I can't tell you how delighted we were!
If anyone is wondering why book through a company like yourselves rather than do it direct, of the four holidays you have booked for us, only two have gone ahead as planned, either due to health reasons or with Iceland their crazy weather! But each time, we haven't worried at all as Louise has just made changes whether it was a change of passenger, a flight and hotel for a day early or a completely different holiday and every time it has been done smoothly and very efficiently with nothing for us to worry about. I can not recommend Louise and Once in a Lifetime Holidays enough!

Now time to get the next one booked...... 🙂

Great work all round from Joan.
Wonderful to find someone who gets you and you can trust when booking family holidays. Joan found the balance for us with teenagers down to a 8mth old.

Joan has gone above and beyond since we originally booked our trip with Once In A Lifetime Holidays. Covid hit after we booked, and so she changed our holiday from last year to this without any issue. As travel this year is still up in the air, she has once more managed to save our deposit and allow us the option to rebook for next year.
