Phoned 4 days ahead of needing a cab to book. Was told to text which I did, no reply. I chased via text the following day, no reply. I had to re-ring. Booked cab and return journey for an event in Salcombe. When the taxi was 10 mins late, I rang again, to be told the driver had a flat tyre and hopefully someone else would collect us within 10 mins. That taxi did eventually arrive BUT we were late for our event. The driver was miserable and told us many times he wouldn't have taken this booking! Charming. Had to pay £20 to hear this moaning for the 3.8 mile trip! They did however, turn up on time for the return trip and this driver was very chirpy. Wouldn't be in a rush to re-book with this company, unreliable and difficult to get hold of.

I used this company for my daughters wedding day. From
pre booking to the actual day the service I received was excellent. I spoke to Natasha who was very helpful and both taxis arrived on time in Bigbury. Natasha actually drove one of the 8 seater taxis and took us back to several locations on request. Cannot fault the service. Thank for ending our day stress free.

Pre booked taxi on 22/9 for a 10.15 pick up on 23/9
Taxi failed to arrive.
No answer when form telephoned while waiting for pick up
Due to get Ferry from Kingsbridge to Salcombe
Only the gracious help of our site owner at Parklands Caravan Park got us, just on time to get the boat.
I appreciate that problems can occur but a simple phone call to give some excuse( and at the moment there could be many) for not being able to pick up at the prebooked time would have been useful.

Got to be THE worst trip back to Salcombe from kingsbridge in the 34 years iv lived here. Driver foriegn, not good understanding, terrible driving, braked so hard driving through west alvington he nearly hit the wall by the school, had to tell him to slow down, thrown all over the place on the road back, rubber came off the windscreen wipers, so proceeded to drive in the rain all the way to Salcombe not using them, not judging or seeing the road correctly. Shocking and dangerous
