Absolutely amazing! Contacted TravelBag in May time to book my honeymoon, and got through to Cheryl. Absolute stellar customer service - the most hard working travel agent I’ve spoken to. She listened to my criteria and budget and even though I called too early for a price quotation she still went through all my hotel choices with me and gave me the best advice. It’s not often you are met with travel agents that are willing to stay on the phone with you for hours and attend to queries after their shift ends! Her enthusiasm matched mine and when you are booking a honeymoon and spending loads of money, it just makes the whole process more exciting knowing that your travel agent is going to get you the very best she can. I’d like to not here that I changed my mind multiple times about my destination, and she did not hesitate to price up packages for me regardless, she made my options clear to me and when it came time to finally book, it was such a smooth experience. Couldn’t recommend these guys more and will definitely be booking again as soon as I can.

If calling in - i would recommend Cheryl (obviously) and Sally who was equally as polite and helpful. Thank you to Kerry and the rest of the team, who always endeavoured to get me to the right person too. An absolute delight.

Really bad service. Do not reply to emails or return phone calls. Do not book a cruise through them as you can only speak with that specific person who you cannot get hold of otherwise no one can help you! Book a cruise with the cruise line directly for ease of contact after the booking xx
