Booked a TUI cruise with Carly last year and couldn’t believe how helpful and thorough she was. Was so reassuring to book with someone so knowledgeable. Liv did a brilliant job booking our holiday to the Dominican Republic. Booked a group holiday with Maddi and she was amazing! Went through all the details of the holiday even to the point of seeing if they could sort out dietary requirements for my little one. The TUI Exeter staff are so helpful and have such a wealth of travel knowledge between them. They give you such great advice that you just don’t get when booking online at home. We had fabulous service from Madi today and we’re counting down the days to our next holiday.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all the amazing team at the Exeter branch especially Louis. Me and my wife wanted to book something special for my step daughters birthday so we decided to book Disneyland Paris and Louis went above to make sure everything was perfect especially as my step daughter has autism. It was a magical holiday which we will have memories of for the rest of our lives! We will certainly be booking another holiday here again!
