A superb tour on a comfortable open top bus. Informative, entertaining, and just the right length (about 1 hour 20 mins) – and how very refreshing to have a real live tour guide as your host! (These days, so many tours use automated recordings, in which the content is generally good but there is no life or soul). We took the last bus, 10.15pm, on a chilly September night. There were only four of us up on the top deck, yet our tour guide Ian gave us the full works – treating us like special guests and no doubt putting the same energy and enthusiasm into his commentary as he does when there’s a full bus. Highly recommended and would love to do again.

Did this tour last night with my fiancé and sister! We travelled all the way from Adelaide in South Australia. We loved this tour! The tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable and was funny! I hope one day I can come back and do it again! I will recommend this tour to any family or friends who travel here! Great tour! 5 stars from me!

unbelievable tour, well worth whatever you spend on it.
(and disappointed by their competitors who claim, when asked at 8pm "are there any night tours?", unfortunately "no, no open tours run after 8pm", on the nicest day in london for weeks.ha!).
introducing the team:
• a very friendly, safe, easy-going driver;
• a witty, real guide, with great historical knowledge, and hilarious impersonation skills, matthew is truly "your best guide for the evening".
seriously, you'll never forget rounding off your day with a relaxed night tour with these guys.
if you can plan the "3-in-1 combo", dixit matthew, starting during daytime (8pm in may), followed by dusk and finishing at night (9:30pm), you're in for a great experience!

We booked the 7.30pm tour. A perfect way to see all the landmarks and with the guide get some history in. Would recommend getting there 30/45 minutes before your time to get the best seats at the top. We got lovely seats and managed to get amazing photos and views.

Oh yea do it! I’m a Londoner but learned so many great things on this tour. We did it in summer so we were able to catch sunset. Views were amazing and Kevin our tour guide was funny and informative. He certainly knows his city! The driver Inam was excellent navigating London traffic.

Was the best idea to take this tour in such hot summer days.
The night tour started 7.30 pm...was great and our guide was very amazing and full of funny and good tips about the historical places we passed by.
We enjoyed a 2 hours ride around busy london streets with a lovely and nice breeze.
When on bus , sit on upper deck to get the best views.
You ll enjoy it, dont hesitate.

I really enjoyed this tour. Tour guide had good knowledge and added humour in moderation so was well balanced. If you fortunate enough to book a night tour on a night where weather is great like we did then that's an added bonus. Tour is around 1 hr 30 mins but don't be put off by the time as it flies by as you listen to the guide and take many photos. My advice next time for others is to carry spare change to give as tips. Shame these says many of us hardly carry cash these days.
