The coaches are nice and clean, but the busses are occasionally late, making us have to take a different bus.

They cancelled my son's school bus for academic year on 30th August and left him unable to get to school. Communication has been awful. They have let down lots of children

Not dealt with them as a hire company only time I have had any dealings with this company is the many near misses I have had with their drivers the last of witch I nearly had a head on with one of their school run buses only to be greeted with a grinning idiot behind the wheel ' and after complaining didn't even get a apology. If you use this company for school runs I would seriously reconsider I'm not the first person to nearly be hit by their drivers.

Rude bus drivers, bus service always late, buses and drivers do not give tickets when you give your money. Congrats on the worst local bus service I've seen in the UK in the last 10+ years.
