You won't regret booking to stay here! We had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was exceptional and perfect, literally on the seafront. Great for our doggies, too. Great relaxing views. Massive bungalow, fully equipped, warm, and cosy. We loved it so much we really didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything.

What a sensational property. Perfect for special occasions.
We had a family gathering there, for a big birthday, and absolutely loved it. The best Airbnb we've stayed in and we've stayed in LOTS!

Think.... just a couple of hundred yards from beautiful beach walks, firepits under the stars (zero light pollution so amazing skies) and the property itself is spectacular. Wonderful entertaining spaces to host the whole family in one wonderfully curated space.

The hosts couldn't have been lovelier, more caring or accommodating. Thank you.

We have been staying at Henry Adams holiday properties for five years now. We had not managed to book Hearnesbrook Barn for our summer holiday so decided to book for a winter break. Simon and Rosie are so welcoming and the barn is very well equipped and comfortable. We went birdwatching across Chichester Harbour and also visited Weald and Downland Museum, Bosham, Southsea and Goodwood all while knowing we could return to super comfy beds and a cosy barn. We had everything and more that we needed to cook meals and relax and would so like to return soon.

An ideal location, a few steps from Emsworth foreshore. The house is in a quiet road and the ample off street parking was excellent. This was an ideal house for us, centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit (Portsmouth, Chichester and Waterlooville). A short walk to Emsworth where we made good use of the local bakery, cafes and pubs.

The house was clean and contained everything we needed. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite was modern and was very suitable for my elderly parents (including the higher toilet). The upstairs rooms were comfortable although the stairs are very creaky which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Sadly, the weather was not kind enough for us to enjoy the morning sun in the garden which was private and well cared for. Overall, the house suited our needs and would consider booking it again if we are down this way again.

We recently stayed at Sea Esta in Selsey, this property was very nicely decorated throughout with a seaside theme, the property was very clean and all the amenities were there for a very comfortable stay, I could not fault it and the bed was very comfy too. The property itself is in a lovely location right on the sea front and you could just walk out and you were right on the beach or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Access to and from Selsey was good by car or public transport. We would definitely stay here again it was so quiet and peaceful, there was nothing to dislike about this property.

I had the most wonderful stay at 'The Barn at Guiles, near Petersfield'. The location was outside of the city and super peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of beautiful walks nearby. The cottage was stunning and had everything I needed and more. The host Jan was lovely, and I loved the small touches of home made bread, marmalade, farm fresh milk and eggs.
I wish I had more time to stay there longer. Will have to come back to visit again.

It was absolutely stunning 5 nights that we spent in this beautiful place. Modern, clean house. Beautiful smell of duvets and sheets. Super comfy beds, and we are quite heavy people. We enjoyed every minute there. I find Danielle massage lady 4min by car from our place. She was perfect.
We visited a few places, restaurants, and beaches, but the main thing for us was relaxing and recharge batteries. This holiday had everything.
