I recently used this travel agent to exchange some Currency
My advice is shop around before agreeing.
I could have done approximately 10% better.

Never used a travel agents before. However, due to the air traffic disruption on Monday, mine and my partners full holiday to Kos was cancelled and we were eager to re-book. We nipped into Althams to see what they could do/find. An hour later and we have rebooked Kos again but a nicer hotel & better board option for less than what we originally paid!

I think the lady was called Claire - she was really helpful and I will definitely be using Althams for all holiday bookings in the future. Turned a sad couple into a happy couple again - thank-you so much!!

Absolutely love Althams always book through them. Staff are so nice and friendly. I just booked for Lanzarote and was the same price in store as online, brilliant. Would definitely recommend

Always there to help, I use Althams when talking people with learning difficulties away ,which is usually twice a year, the staff are so attentive and do their upmost to accommodate all our needs, we even get a brew , such a great staff team, thanks for all you do
