First time experience to preform Umrah. Recommended by my cousin, who went with Hashim Travel for Hajj. They did not disappoint and made our journey easy and comfortable. Got a free upgrade to the clock tower thanks for that. Uncle Kayani travelled with us very knowledgeable noble and sincere person, easy to reach and helpful. Umar and Abu Bakar always greeted you with a smile. Uncle Kayani travelled with us to the Ziarats even though he was suffering with a bad back, he could have chosen to stay in the hotel but wanted to be part of the group. I will definitely recommend to book your Hajj and Umrah with Hashim Travels.

An amazing travel agent with amazing people who go above and beyond to make your spiritual experience a memorable one.

We booked with this company and honestly cannot fault them. Even though we booked another hotel than what they offered us, the communication was excellent and they really looked after us well - especially Abubakar who went above and beyond.

Alternative hotels, own private transport and other extras were all thrown in for us and the package was tailored to suit us and our requirements.

Would definitely recommend this company and IA we use them again.

Intially from Accrington, was looking for a reliable and friendly service. After looking around many travel agents, Hashim travels ticked all boxes. Mine and my daughter's first umrah, wanted to make it a memorable one. As promised Hashim travels did provide us with lovely and clean hotel rooms which were most convienient and were designated very close to haram in Mecca and masjid ul nabvi in medina which was very beneficial for loved ones who struggled with mobility.
Overall journey was brilliant, full of knowledge especially on Ziyarats.
Will deffo reccomend to family and friends and travel again with Hashim travels in near future Inshallah.
Lastly would like to, once again thank all the team of Hashim travels for all your help and guidance.May Allah give u more barakah in your business ?

Young lad booking me took ages to get visa sorted and was very hostile regarding sending tickets over only sent a few days before the journey there was Hardly any support provided, hotel in madina room was small was told room would be changed to an allocated bigger one yet never happened. Would have hoped going with a group for the first time more support would be available for completing umrah but had to do everything ourselves all that was provided was the hotel. Tour guide was a young kid, just unprofessional all over will do whatever to save a few quid save your money and either find another agency or book it yourself

Proper piss take then have the cheek to send me the page to review on google!!

It was mine and my daughters first time performing umrah this year. Choosing Hashim Travel was the best decision I made. Abu Bakar and the immam saab was so helpful and always looked out for us. Amazing experience.
I travelled all the way from London just to go with this agent and I'll be honest was dreading my journey, However it was all well - worth it! Mashallah.

This agent is trustworthy and you will not have any issues with them . May Allah continue to put barakah in their business.

THE MAIN GUY WITH THE BIG BEARD IS NO HELP AT ALL TOLD ME HE WILL CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND WILL SEND WITH WESTERN UNION “in half hour”
