I have been using Tailored Travel for a very long time now for 2 different Arts Society Tours both in UK and Europe.
Every tour has been a great success and all the participants have really enjoyed the Itinerary that has been carefully put to gather for us. Special request and changes have been accommodated. The staff are helpful, efficient and easy to contact. Correspondence is answered very quickly.
My experience has been that there is nothing too much for them to do for us and I will continue to use them in the future.
We are looking forward to 2 tours in 2025 one in UK and the other in Europe. I will now start planning for 2026.
A big thank you to all the wonderful staff at tailored Travel you make my life as Visits Secretary so much easier.

I have used Tailored Travel over many years and always found them
professional and extremely helpful. They have great flexibility when arranging a tour with me and always listen to our requests. If there has been a problem whilst away they are at the end of the phone and will sort things out immediately. They always call the day after we return to check that all went well. I would give them five stars.

Tailored Travel have organised several overseas visits for me as the visits coordinator for Sarisbury Green Arts Soc. All have been excellent.
The first time I used them for a cultural trip to Holland and Michael was insistent that we went to certain place. Having lived there, I had never heard of it, but gave in and had it as the first thing to do so if it was indifferent it was out of the way. It is the place everybody talks about even after many years.

Our Arts Society trip to Chatsworth at Christmas was the first time we had used Tailored Travel. I was very impressed with the communication and support received from them. The planning was good and everything was arranged and worked perfectly.

The snow for the Chatsworth visit was an added bonus!

The hotel in Buxton was good with very helpful and friendly staff and the food was excellent. The conservatory restaurant was a little chilly in the snowy weather but it did not detract from our enjoyment.

In October 2024 The Arts Society Hallamshire enjoyed another autumn trip to Glyndebourne, packaged with ideal Historic House visits en route from/ to Sheffield. Excellent timings, exceptional coach driver and vehicle, flexibility about pickups on the way. Good choice of Eastbourne Hotel (The Hydro Hotel). Blue Badge choice not so good but Tailored Travel took note of the feedback.

We will be going again!
