We were very pleased with our Golden Pass tour. It was so straightforward to book online. And staff were helpful answering questions on the phone. We had the right tickets for everything. Jose was very helpful when the Mt Pilates gondola was closed on the day our tickets were valid. The hotels were well located, nice, clean, beds comfortable and breakfast lavish. Our first trip to Switzerland was very enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing service within seconds,
I had missed my Mt Titlis tour due to delay in reaching the destination, I just dropped in a mail with my request to reschedule it for the next day, and I immediately got a response with the solution for rescheduling. I had purchased flexi option. I also dropped a mail for a call back immediately, and I received a prompt call back and all necessary help.

Being an Indian with the family, for once in a lifetime experience to Zurich, Switzerland. I really felt very very satisfied with the service provided and no loss for me financially as well emotionally.

Wonderful Nature. Where the work of God is. And the Swiss travel centre is very nice to their visitors. I bought the wrong ticket but they did their best to help me. I heard that Swiss prices are expensive, but the mart is cheap. A must-visit place in my life.

Very helpful when I had to cancel and rebook. Responsive via email. Also using the train system and pass was VERY easy. Ordered all online and was great to use the app and pull up our apple wallet tickets when on the trains.
