Luckily, no money lost like others. Just a whole lot of time wasting for a product they couldn’t deliver on. Why say ‘I can offer you this’ but 3 days later, ‘actually I can’t and can’t even offer an alternative’. Running round relaying info for past 3 days, rang in to give update to be met with nonsense. Surely, if you have given a green light to a prospective client and things change, it’s YOUR job to notify the customer of un/availablity - how would your customer know, we don’t have access to that info!?
Whole lot of lip service, no end product. Time wasters.

My club participated in the Woolacombe Football tournament this year, entering 8 teams over a number of year groups. We stayed at the Golden Coast holiday park for all 3 nights.
The accommodation was good and the facilities at the holiday park were decent. The shop was quite expensive but what can you do.
The Football tournament itself was pretty well run, plenty of parking at the pitches (although we have to pay £5) and there was plenty of space between pitches for the family to spectate. All the pitches had a significant slope on them sadly and the grass was a little long, this could be forgiven due to the number of games being played as the pitches would have cut up quickly.
I must say I (and everyone I spoke to) was really disappointed with the photographs taken by the "professional". The photos weren't central, in focus and were just taken infront of a hedge (which was in focus). These are our memories. These photos were £18 each as well!!! Our complaints regarding the quality and price were ignored on the day, a real shame.
Sadly however the photo quality will raise its head again when it came to the presentation. The exposure was awful and a lot of photos has the celebrity missing the top of his head. Really not great. Again these are our memories you have rushed and charged a fortune for. It's a different story if you are charging £5 as we would be getting what we paid for.
Back to a positive note though, the celebrity was Ledley King who is an absolute legend so well done on that.
All in all this was an OK tour but not as good as Looe last year, the photographers we a million times better there for 1.
This is an expensive tour for families so to go every year and have issues with photos will put people off, I can't see us participating next year.

Very good experience. We had one shuttle from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and one trip to Dead Sea, Masada, En-Gedi.
Good price, very good bus, friendly driver, good service per Whats-App and Phone.

Took a deposit, unfortunately our team has now folded and we could no longer enter, and they do not issue refunds. £1400 lost and they think its acceptable to keep all the money for what little work/admin involved to enter us. On another note we ,( my family and another from the team) went to the holiday park where all the teams were supposed to be staying on exactly the weekend the tournament was supposed to be on (pontins camber sands) and there was no such booking for a football tournament. It was just a normal weekend. The exact words from pontins management. So very confused about the whole thing. Not even a team in sight. Sounds like we have been robbed and lied to. We are in very early stages to get this resolved and our money back in full. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have yet to travel with R&T Tours due to recent global events but were due to in the near future. I can only praise the company and team for the customer service given during a very uncertain time for all.
