This is a great place. I have been here a few times this year. It's just a really nice, quiet park. I think it's great value for money.||Great childrens entertainer in the club house. Decent deals on drinks and food. And getting there late one night. The staff were very happy to help get the heating on, show me how everything worked in the caravan. Security guy popped round and was happy to help.||You turn up and get a little map when doing the check in. Everywhere is easy to find. Best thing is, it's a quiet park. You can go there and just relax.||There is plenty of parking too.||We once got a Lakeview caravan and sat there one bank holiday just looking across at the water, seeing the ducks etc. Many people come here to fish.

We stayed at Parkdean Resorts Weeley Bridge Holiday Park at the end of half term with our little boy and friends. It’s a lovely park which is well maintained and clean. We had a great welcome from Amy in reception who also checked in with us after we had settled to make sure all was ok in our caravan. We stayed in the Lupin style caravan which was lovely, modern and very clean - the cleaning team obviously do a great job prepping the caravans for everyone arriving. Lots of space in this style of caravan which is fully equipped and comfy beds. The entertainment was top notch and our little boy loved John who provided the kids/Strland Krew programme. We would highly recommended this park!

Just a great place to go for a relaxing time. ||I was there for the 4th or 5th time (this year) in October. I wasn't working on the Monday I arrived. But was helped by the girl on the desk as to when I could book in. And everything was made easy for me.||It's a fairly small park and it's easy to find everything and your caravan. Parking is easy and of course, safe.||I got a lovely caravan over looking a big green. Had decking and everything. Amazing for the price. Staff are helpful. Food and drink is decent in the clubhouse and the place is super easy to get to. ||You can just really relax here. I was here for 7 days this time. I was working some of that week. But it was nice getting back to the park. Having easy parking and a 2 mins walk to the clubhouse. I think one night I got burger chips and a pint for 12 quid.||If you fancy a weekend away or more, come to this place. The kids entertainers are great. Maybe more suited to younger children. I am 51 and find the quiet evenings really suit me here. ||I have been to other parks. But this is my favourite place. Great for a holiday or if you are working in the area.

We had a wonderful week, Amy in reception & Management could not do enough for us, my husband had not long had a hip operation, we wanted to be near lake & they moved us nearer, beautiful lake, very keen fishermen fishing 🎣, the site is a lovely family site, very well ran & lovely clubhouse friendly. Our caravan was very clean, spacious and lovely with parking nearby, would not hesitate to book again. Many thanks Amy, David & Dinah Wilson

We had such a lovely break at Weeley Bridge. The park was peaceful, with lots of lovely wildlife roaming around. Amy in reception was extremely friendly, and even left us a message to check we had settled in okay. Our caravan was immaculate, modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back, and are planning our next visit for 2025. Thank you for such a lovely stay. X

Lovely site , friendly helpful staff especially Glenn for coming out to us when we had no Gas or heating and for checking the site is safe during the evening. Everyone we meet in reception also helpfully and inviting . Peaceful, which is what we wanted. The site could do with some different or alternative entertainment. Maybe a bar for people without families.
The reception has a small range of essential items if you do run out of something .

Accommodation - beautiful lodge ( one of the 20/40 foot so plenty of room with a spacious veranda and patio furniture. Few little bits - like not enough cooking trays / pots of sharp knives and we were doing our own self catering. In a lodge with such beautiful furniture would have liked to have seen some placemats - for tea cups and hot plates.
We did buy a bath mat as the accommodation didn’t have one and the floors were getting too slippery when getting out of the shower. However these are just little things that we found but did not really affect the wonderful stay.

Location - Great location only a short drive to a supermarket , restaurants ,Clacton beach and pier.
A 5 min walk to the local shop , post office , bakery and a pub. You also have other seaside walks but you will need a car or the catch the train .. which again is in a brilliant location just outside the main entrance to the park .

We had a great holiday in Weeley Bridge over the half term. The site was well maintained, the staff were friendly and very helpful (one stopped to help us find our caravan, and shortly after he knocked to let us know we'd left the light on inside the car). |The caravan itself was definitely an upgrade from when we last stayed in Weeley Bridge six years ago. It was warm and toasty, the shower was fantastic and there was loads of storage space. |It's a good base to explore Clacton, Colchester and Ipswich etc.|The kids' entertainment was a little loud but hats off to the entertainment staff, they manage to always look like they're having a great time and got kids and families involved. The food was a good standard too. |Our only complaint was we didn't win anything in the bingo!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Had a few small issues with broken/unclean things in the caravan but not enough to bother anyone..... the toilet however was badly leaking inside and outside the caravan....... service was great and it was completely fixed within the hour!
We booked mainly for the fishing lake on site, and we wasn't as close as we'd hoped so next time I'll book via phone to get a closer van.
Site was clean, quiet and looked after.
Staff, from reception, to club house and maintenance were SPECTACULAR and an asset to the site. All polite and very helpful. My son was booked onto a few activities and was the only one present for them, and they made his experience, even though alone, amazing.
Thankyou weeley bridge we will be back!

Also, the beds were very comfy and heating very good (needed in October!)
