this is the second year I have used this company, as they helped to purchase tickets to the Philippines and also Japan. I found the staff really helpful and found me the best deals, especially in a climate where all tickets prices had gone up, as I use to deal with companies directly, but for some reason you can go through an agent and get the same flight from the same company but five hundred pounds cheaper.

I have also used this company to purchase my JR Rail Pass which I have now used, and love, as have recently returned from my trip in Japan. I will certainly use them again as was very happy with the service and their support, which is useful if one has any doubt about travelling.

they are thieves! I have paid 50euros for a consultancy on 02nd of March and I never got any reply. I sent several reminders but no way. stay far from them! they are scammers. I confirm that after my review, I was contacted by the administration. At least I got the confirmation that the company exists. They said that my mails were in the spam and asked me if I wanted the refund. I accepted it. For sure, their administrative service isn't at the top. I understand that my email ended up in the spam, and that even the reminders had same destiny, but they received 50 euros on the account, and they didn't question "from who are we receiving this money?". Anyway I received the refund, and I changed my review to 3 stars. Not sure I will ask them again for a consultancy.

I submitted a payment on February 7th for assistance with an itinerary and the website said it would be done in five days. It's not February 22nd. I sent a few follow-up emails with zero response. I did get one response on here saying that the company was very busy but no response as to an ETA. I understand busy, but it would just be nice to hear ANYTHING back. Like: "hey we can't do this in five days, we can't do it in 10 or 20 or whatever." I've already booked my flights and I'm trying to build the itinerary on my own because it very much seems like I will never hear back and never get a refund. This was a very unfortunate experience.

Purchased my Japan Rail pass from JTB. I found all the other vendors websites confusing and didn't really understand how the rail pass worked. JTB spelt it out in plain English, provided extra information with the passes (which arrived so quickly!) and were the cheapest I found to boot. Highly recommended!

Utter rubbish. They are fast to reply to emails or if you contact them yourself. In doing the research or admin either they are lazy in doing the work or won't do the research for you. I found a lot more helpful research in Japan than with you guys. If you want to book with an agency forget them better you do it yourself.

業績が悪化してゆき事務所も移転。
給料もどんどんカットされ人数も減っていきました。
でも、なんだか楽しかった記憶しかないですね。
一緒に働いていた人達が良かったからだと思います。
