We purchased a Holiday Home here at Oaklands holiday park in 2019, nice park but we was heavily disrupted twice with our defective new caravan which had a twisted chassis, then they decided our was plot was non compliant with the fire regulations as they had put us too close to a Caravan next door, although another caravan was on this plot for 18 years and nothing was said, all this within in 3 years, also far too many rule changes every other month enforcing rules which are not even in the holiday park rule book, seems to be a habit of upsetting too many owners as they just won’t let you settle and enjoy your retirement or holiday home. So after the last bout of rule changes and site fee’s Increases we sold up and went back to our home to enjoy holidays abroad going forward.

I am very happy with our holiday home, it is just beautiful, I can’t stop telling everyone about it. The sales team were wonderful from start to finish. So helpful, friendly, polite and could not do enough to assist us both during the sale and after. The park itself is just lovely. It’s quiet, friendly, clean and the wildlife is just wonderful. They are a wonderful team, polite, friendly and so helpful. That’s every member of staff on site. From manager, admin, sales, receptionist and all of the maintenance team. They do an amazing job at keeping this park in wonderful condition, we have introduced others to this park as it really is just a little peace of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. ||We will have many happy holidays here.

It was amazing we all stayed at Oakland and it’s so well looked after we have never been somewhere so clean everyone is friendly and all the staff are amazing I would very highly recommend to anyone Young or old we will be 100% be back the kids loved the park and we all had such an awesome time in the clubhouse and had dinner most nights and it was beautiful everyone had such a nice time the one thing that was not nice is that we had to go home thank you for such a lovely memory 😁

Me and my partner came to oaklands to purchase a holiday home. The staff were very welcoming, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Lee and James the sales manager went through everything with us from start to finish and answered any questions we had. Laura also saw our sale though to the end and nothing was too much for them.I can't thank them enough for all their help and now we can't wait to back and enjoy our holiday home.

Oaklands holiday park is amazing! Every body on staff from manager, office, bar, sales and maintenance is so friendly and helpful and always has time to stop and say hello. It is very dog friendly. They have introduced loads of events from once a month dog walking meets over Martins Park over the road, mothers day teas and owners breakfast. New chef who is great and cooks up a feast. Owners are friendly and all say hello. Fishing lake is lovely for fishing or just walking dog round.
